STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
As a Hutt, Darrunga has tremendous size on his side. He was able to swallow medium size humanoids or smaller whole if he wished. Plus, his weight made him an immovable object by most standards. His skin was also resistant to most mild corrosive compounds, just like other Hutts. His organs were also protected by a thick layer of blubber.
However, just like a normal member of his species, Darrunga was slower than the smaller humanoids. He could have easily been outrun and outmaneuvered - which would have made that natural size and strength of his useless if he could not catch his foe. Because of this, Darrunga sought to avoid direct conflict.
Like most Hutts, Darrunga was also resistant to mental trickery from Force users. This both protected him from those that sought to control him though such means as well as give him confidence in dealing with Force users.
Yet, his rashness due to being the new head of his family's Kajidic proved to be an obstacle in his financial growth. Unlike more experienced Hutts, he was desired the quick way to get results rather than milk his species' naturally long lifespan for all it was worth. This usually caused Darrunga to choose unwisely and suffer loses that could have been prevented with a little bit of patience.

BIOGRAPHY:
Born in 428 ABY, Darrunga had little clue of what the galaxy outside Hutt Space truly was. Two years before he was born, the Hutts closed off their worlds to the galaxy at large due to the Gulag Plague. Born during a rough period for the Hutts, Darrunga spent most of his time on his homeworld of Sleheyron isolated from the masses.
As he grew up, Darrunga spent much of his time reading in the vast library of the Kalsiljic estate. His family had a moderate amount of wealth, both before and after the Gulag Plague arrived. So, he was able to live in decent comfort. Yet even in this isolation spent only with family and close servants, Darrunga learned much about both Hutt space and the galaxy at large through his readings. This both increased his general awareness of many different galactic topics and also fueled his desire to eventually see the galaxy and own whatever of it he could.
Around 750 ABY, the Gulag Plague had begun to die down. No cases had been reported in over a decade. At that time, activity in the Hutt Cartel began to grow. Worlds were being repaired and business began as it had before the plague had caused so much devastation. Darrunga decided to begin actively helping his clan's business. Due to this, Darrunga developed the ability to negotiate with the many natives of Hutt Space.
However, after the Hutts reopened their worlds to the galaxy at large, Darrunga faced a new challenge. Many of the outsiders were not used to the Hutts' savagery and harsh customs - unlike those that had lived in the territory for over 300 years. Most have completely forgotten about the Hutts in the first place.
Yet, Darrunga - as the new head of his Kajidic by 835 ABY - saw a new opportunity for his clan to achieve riches it never had before.
