Darth Pravus the Wise

Such a bio would need to be very long and detailed answering many different question, like what Jedi order was he apart of, when did he turn, who was his master, did he get on the Jedi council at all, how many Jedi did he kill, when did he join the Sith, what is his new rank. Yes sir much much work to do. I am assuming you are going to talk with other long Jedi writers to make his past cannon as well?

[member="DarthPravusthe2nd"] Welcome to the board. We're an entertaining bunch, don't mind them. If you do have any questions, feel free to ask them :)

[member="Elijah Brockway"] Why you go and invoke Ket? A character that old has seen a whole lot. :p Though he hasn't been around enough for the newer generations to know him.

The best advise I have and give to all new writers/to-the-site is to start off small scale. It lets you get a feel for things, it lets you see where you might fit in, and it gives you a solid foundation to go in any direction you want from. I can tell you right now that trying to do the whole master of both sides thing is about as large scale as you can get and is something that even our more seasoned members wouldn't really try to dive into. The former jedi turned Sith route is a good starting point with a lot of potential though so maybe the best you can do is cut back and put more details into what you got.

I could get more into it but you have Val helping out already. He is a great guy and does a wonderful job with running the site. You are in the best of hands already!

Did you ever hear the tragedy of Darth Pravus The Wise? I thought not. It’s not a story the Jedi would tell you. It’s a Sith legend. Darth Pravus was a Dark Lord of the Sith, so powerful and so wise he could use the Force to influence the midichlorians to create life… He had such a knowledge of the dark side that he could even keep the ones he cared about from dying. The dark side of the Force is a pathway to many abilities some consider to be unnatural. He became so powerful… the only thing he was afraid of was losing his power, which eventually, of course, he did. Unfortunately, he taught his apprentice everything he knew, then his apprentice killed him in his sleep. Ironic. He could save others from death, but not himself.
