Normally I'd abstain but since I've actually had the experience of roleplaying with Venefica on a few occasions and have spoke quite a few times with her OOCly, I'm going to vote yes.

She's one of those rare gems: Someone who cares deeply for new people and will do whatever she can to help, not to mention her writing and character fit the aptitude for being a Sith Lord. For someone who joined in January, her 930+ posts shows dedication. More impressive? A lot of that is IC.
