STRENGTHS
+With Age Comes Wisdom: Venera has lived a long life already, and has made her experienced in many things. Namely, she has attained a level of Sith knowledge that places her at the rank of Sith Lord.
+Morellian Genes: Being born half-Morellian affords one with certain benefits. She will likely live longer than her pure human counterparts, as pure Morellians live to 160+ years.
WEAKNESSES
-Elderly: Despite her Morellian genetics, she is still half-human. While still mobile and spry for her age, she is not without her occasional bouts of arthritis and other ailments typical of advanced age.
-Callous: Venera, in her great age, has a very cold and callous way of dealing with people. She is typically sarcastic, blunt, and can come off as a bit barbed tongued. Only a select few do not receive such treatment.
PERSONALITY
Venera is crone like old woman. She appears to always have a sour attitude about people and things. Her age and experience has made her hateful of flowery language and niceties. She is also not above slashing her sharp tongue at anyone, emperor and commoner alike. There are a scant few that she sheathes this sarcastic callousness for.
BIOGRAPHY
Long ago, fruit was born from a trist. A bastard daughter born from the affair between a Morellian smuggler and the daughter of a House Teramo noble. She was kept, but never to be claimant to her grandfather's fortunes. For the most part, she was treated little more than the servant girls. In many ways, she wished that she almost was born a common girl. When she was found to be Force Sensitive, it was a perfect opportunity to neatly sweep her out of the family's life.
She trained in the Jedi Order, becoming friends with [member="Korynn Sol-Syna"]. Even today, she regards the Beskar Lady as a close friend, despite their obvious difference in philosophy. Her time at the Order was not to last. One day, she received a holo about her grandfather's death and the discussion of his will. Curious, she travelled back home to Serenno. What she thought was finally acceptance was shown to be a mockery of herself and her status as an illegitimate child. She grew furious, and had her first taste of the Dark. She slaughtered her family, framing it to look like an accident, and took the estate's wealth for herself. She quietly resigned from the Jedi Order, knowing that she could not continue to temper her anger or bitterness.
For decades, she travelled the galaxy. She became closer to the Dark, eventually deciding to join the Sith. As she learned their ways, she eventually attained the rank of Sith Lady. She grew older, and had seen many factions of Sith rise and fall. She sees them all as her contemporaries, and keeps herself open to most, so long as they do not make her irate. During her travels, she had also come across the matronly [member="Gorgonzola Fortuna"], taking a liking to the elderly pirate witch. Nowadays, she mostly keeps to herself, taking apprentices who can withstand her strict and off putting personality. Occasionally, maybe a cup of tea with those few she truly considers friends.
