Cedric remained quiet for a moment. The legion that stood before him seemed to imitate him. Each one was eyeless, faceless, yet still somehow seemed to stare at the two Dorns. They didn't move, they didn't breath. Their chests did not rise and fall and they didn't even twitch as a gust of wind tore through the small valley village.
The Sith Lord turned to his Cousin, two thundering steps.
“I helped you, Cousin.” His voice was soft. Still that dangerous rasp, that throaty noise that sounded as though he were hacking up something already dead, but softer.
“You may not see it as such.” The Sith Lord continued, his voice growing harder. “But you will. Whether it be a decade...or a century from now. You will.”
A century? It seemed that Cedric would be long gone by then, given his current state.
Yet it seemed as though he did not care, nor did he care to wait for his cousin to speak. He turned slowly and began to walk away from Kiber, his boots pressing deep into the earth.
