Death of a Defender (Ask)

Solan stood there, confused and very much so blinking for a moment as she punched him in the arm and continued on with her words. Honestly he had nothing to say, he hadn't seen her in months and now she was here and he had... well nothing to say for once. That was until the sound of someone else speaking that caught his attention. "Sir the sith are breaking off a ship and heading to us." Solan was back in his mind for a moment as he shook his head and smiled, his eyes burning with the flames of confidence and power that he had shown many times before. "Pull the ship back and away from combat, and send the sith ship a message detailing its retreat from engagement. Im going to use the Sith strike to get our dropships in.." With that he shut off the comm and smiled as he looked at Seanna. "Sorry but we are going to have to catch up another time Seanna, i have a job to do and it looks like im going to need your help."

Sarah sat in the, well, where ever the soldiers and bording party would sit at. She heard their conversation and shook her head slightly. "WEll, Atleast he was normal for a few seconds..." His apprentice mumbled. Now agitation strikes her voice. "So how are we going to enter with all of those Sith shooting at us and the station?"

Keying in her comlink to send a broad message that she was certain Solan would receive, Taeli smiled as she clambered onto a boarding craft with a mixture of her Arachnid droids and Sith commandos.

"Solan Charr, I know you can hear me and you know who this is," she said aloud as the dropship began moving towards the station. All around them, criminals were dying left and right as the Sith forces tore through them. "That bioweapon will never see the light of day if I have my way, so leave now. This is a Sith operation, stay and I can't guarantee what will occur."

Keeping the link open in case he replied, Taeli watched the station grow closer and closer, even as a criminal mutt starfighter exploded as two Wrath-class fighters flew cover for the transport. The same could be said for the other transports moving towards the station. No one would be able to leave the system until the operation was done because of her interdictors, but if he pulled back, she would allow him to leave peacefully.

"Huh, well it appears that you survived that hole Arcanix, the Camera i stuck to you had suggested otherwise, Well, seeing as i know how heartbroken you would be never to see me again you don't need to lie to your men." He said over a broad frequency as well, his men securing themselves as Solan took the controls and looked about the area, his dropship moving up and out of the hanger while the Shinigami would fend off any over zealous ships. He just hoped she wouldn't decided to destroy his only way out of the system. "Now, my dear, please do remove your ship from its attack on my own, we are here for the same reason and there is no need for us to fight when there is a far more dangerous thread to handle." She probably wouldn't listen but he could atleast try.

"Oh yes, I have to thank you for that experience at some point," Taeli replied, a scathing tone to her voice. "Two rocks to the head, have to return that favor someday. Anywho, if what you say is true, we will have a temporary truce until that bioweapon is secured and destroyed."

She hated to do that, but she really didn't need the headache of dealing with Solan Charr more than she needed. Although, the fact he had arrived in a Shadow Dynasty ship was interesting. Now she at least knew where some of the Dark Jedi's allegiance now lay, strange how alliances shifted and enemies became friends so quickly.

Looking at the station, she could see Sith boarding pods puncturing the sides and disgorging commandos, along with Arachind droids into the station already. The defenders would be panicked and worried about the Sith assault, but they wouldn't have anywhere to go soon. The Sith flotilla was making fast work of whatever ships these idiot criminals had in the system.

"How about we make this a game Sithy..." He said on a return channel as he flew through a burst of AA Fire with a mad grin at how exciting the experience was. "First person to take out these shitlings wins. Deal?" He grinned wide and aimed for the hanger as his words continued to sound over the comms. "That is, unless you aren't up for it Arcanix. I would hate to see such a woman scorned over her inability to beat a dark Jedi rogue in such a simple contest." With that his dropship pushed through the shielding of the hanger and he smiled as he spoke over the internal comms and pressed down on the turret fire controls. "Kill them all men."

"Such an . . . uncivilized contest," Taeli sniffed. She really didn't have time to deal with his shenanigans, but they would have to play along anyways because their objective was being held by these foolish criminals. Plus she really didn't feel like rising to the bait he was trying to anger her over. "But . . . as I have little choice, yes we have a deal. Although you might be at a disadvantage, I have far more forces than you to deal with these criminals."

Her own transport shuddered as it came up to an airlock that had been secured by the Sith commandos from the boarding pods. Striding forward with her troops, she entered the space station and received a tactical report immediately. The number of hostiles was unknown, but they had been pushed back enough to allow the Sith forces to establish a beachhead in the station.

"Any word from our source?" she asked.

"He's with the weapon now, my Lady," the commander of her forces said. "His transmitter is still broadcasting, but we shall take caution. Our fleet elements are keeping any remaining ships of the criminals stuck in the hanger bay."

"Secure the hanger, I'll head for the bioweapon," she ordered.

"It may be uncivilized, but remember who i am..." He spoke as he added an over exaggerated laugh before saying one last thing and cutting off all communications. "See you at the bomb, try not to get shot and hurt beautiful." He returned full focus to gunning down anyone that decided they were able to shoot down his dropship. It was a beautiful time in destroying those that would harm him and to be honest he did have abit of thrill. But he did not take the thrill in killing them. No his thrill came from outlasting them.

It was soon done though and he moved the dropship down for a landing before getting up from his seat and heading back into the troop area. "Ok everyone, the objective is clear and simple. Find anyone not on our side and gun them down... and yes, the sith count as our side for today." He smiled and stretched as he looked over at Seanna and Nicole. "Either of you two coming along?"

Staying quiet during this hacking back and forth as she seen it. It amused her to great end. Now came a small thin smile upon her lips, only to see it come into a wider mischievous grin. "What let you have all the fun, sweet pea, but your sweet butt I'm coming with you."

Beside it had been a while since she had some good old fashion fun. By that she met to have one be shown why she was such a danger when on the wrong side of her wrath.
