There was some resistance to be sure. What will the man had left was certainly pushing against Natalie, and it would be felt reverberating in the darkness. While [member="Darth Abyss"] worked hard to store whatever the mist was, which Natalie had assumed was a manifestation of her control of the force, she continued to crush the man's mind. Every second, more and more of the mist would begin to flow throughout the man's body, concentrating within his being. As the cracks continued to fill, less and less would pour out, instead flowing throughout the man's body.

I'll need to refine this in future.

Natalie was pleased at what had come so far; though she was yet to see if all this trouble was actually worth the work she was putting in. It strained her, definitely, and the darkness has now begun to have an effect on her. With each passing second, it consumed her as she harnessed its power. In the physical realm, while her eyes were closed, they were now yellow with corruption, and had her skin not been pastel-white, would have went even whiter. Whether these effects were permanent... well. She was yet to discover.

The final scar was sealed, and she immediately snapped back to reality, looking down at the creature she had created. There was no classification that would suit it, whether that be in a romantic era novel or a fictional roleplaying game. Zombie? No. Undead? No. It felt like a puppet that she could control with ease.

Especially thanks to her newfound powers.
