Defense and Offense can be one in the same. (Lightsaber training)

I continued to move. Running around holes in the ground, and barriers that tried to slow me down, When one wall was blocking the entire walkway. I smiled. Throwing my saber at the wall, it pierced it about half way up, and jumping I landed on the hilt, and from there, jumped the rest of the way above the wall made of durasteel. As I was at the zenith of my jump, another target made itself apparent. I did a blackflip cutting up and allowing myself to drop straight down. Even before I was moving, my left hand shot out behind me and the saber pierced completely through the metal, came to smack into my hand.

I had use the force to dash upwards instead of straight across. Making my rise so much faster that both of my sabers slammed home into two more targets. I then spun to cut down another three.

17 and six is 23.
Two more.

I rushed. Moving like a complete blur There were two last targets that I needed to hit. Each many times higher than all the others. Once more there was a wall. Doing the same this time, I used both of my sabers as a way to propel myself up to the top of the wall. As I reached the top of the wall, I pulled on my sabers once more, Jumping as I did so. Using a force push, Powerful enough to send my body a good 10 feet into the air. Even then, it looked to be an invisible tile in the air that I jumped off it propelling myself even higher. Finally the sabers reached up to my hands at the climbing speeds that I was accelerating at.

Spinning around I cut the target in half vertically and horizontally. before using the still suspended pieces as a platform to launch myself higher to the last target. I stabbed both sabers into the center. down to the hilt where my momentum carried me past the target and cutting the upper portion of the target to shreds. Even here, I then forced myself down falling more than 9.87 meters/sec I slammed into the solid ground, without making a dent. And my sabers off.

@Krest

Krest scratched his chin, staring @[member="Xander Carrick"]. Here was a boy who's quick thinking was able to get him to the last targets faster then any other. There were pathways, jumps that would push any student to their limit, and he passed by them with ease. The Zabrak laughed, clapping his hands. There was nothing more to teach, just practice. And the course was as good of a place as any.

"And with that you've learned more then I thought possible. I have nothing more I can show you that you won't be able to figure out on your own."

I stood up as the man clapped his hands. he may have been clearly impressed by my efforts, or he was faking it. I decided that the first was more like it. His words of learning more than what he could of thought of possible of me, I smiled. Walking towards the man as he said he had nothing more to teach me. That the rest would come naturally. That meant that I would have to evolve over time with it's use. I nodded my head.

"Thank you Krest. it has been very helpful. Maybe another time?" I said with a slight turn of my head and a smirk?

"Steel sharpens steel. Perhaps you could show me some of your defensive styles. Always good to be well rounded right?" If @[member="Xander Carrick"] could teach Krest defensive forms, he'd be in a better standing in future fights at least. Perhaps he could push Xander into a corner next time.

I smiled and nodded my head. Letting my body rest slightly, "Yeah, Just give me a rest mate." I then splayed out my arms to show that I was was sopping wet with sweat. "That was not as easy as I had made it look." I had a slight cringe in my smile as I spoke.

Krest smirked, waving him off. "I didn't mean now. Sometime in the future. I know how hard that course is." He himself moved off, grinning. This Xander kid only made Krest want to learn harder. The sixteen year old couldn't one up the Zabrak forever.

I smile and nodded my head, "You want me to give you a real I-O-U card now? Haha, Fine, later on I'll teach you." I rested my hands on my knees for a second, then stood straight up and put my hands on the back of my head, with my arms up, it allowed me to breath easier. "Now something to eat..."
