Major Locations:
Vesania: A brightly colored region that covers the northern hemisphere of the planet. It is home to the more fun loving, community oriented citizens of the planet. Most of the creative inhabitants of the planet live here. It is known for a culture rich in food, drink, and extravagant architecture and clothing. It’s has a few small lakes and rivers, and is home to a more forest like biome. There is a small mountain range on the southern border that separates it from Tesania
Tesania: A dark, more subdued land that looks like something out of a nightmare. It has the same flora and fauna as Vesania, but due to the dark colors found in its plants, the wildlife has evolved to reflect the more subdued color scheme. It’s inhabitants are rather selfish and paranoid, with little focus on helping each other and more focus on doing whatever it takes to get what they want. Their culture is focused more on fighting, menacing architecture, plain and dull colored clothing, and deception. There is a small mountain range on the northern border that separates it from Vesania.
Anima: The capitol of Deleritas. It is built into the side of one of the mountains and is divided into three different districts. The Palace district, called Anis, is located in the uppermost part of the city. The area around the palace is a vast garden containing plants from both Vesania and Tesania. The palace itself is divided into three main sections, one housing a representative from Vesania, one housing the overall ruler of Deleritas, and one housing a representative from Tesania. The architecture is not native to either Vesania or Tesania, but instead remains rather unique and nuetral to avoid showing favor to either region.The northernmost district, which is situated beneath the palace district, is called Masi. It reflects the region of Vesania is home to many noble families from the brightly colored region. It’s a cheerful, happy district filled with color and houses a few charitable organizations, some of which even try to aid the poor in Tesania. The southern part of the city, separated from Masi by a large gate, also rests beneath the Anis district and is called Nimol. It reflects the Tesania region and is home to many Tesanian noble families. It is a dark, dingy place with a bit of crime problem due to a high population of impoverished families as well as nobles.

Force Nexus: The Force Nexus on Deleritas is an old ruined city called Mazac, named for the Maz-Ko-Toe who discovered when the came to the planet. They were there after the colony ship crashed into the city decimating it and leaking radiation within. The deaths of the cities inhabitants created a nexus of pain and regret while they stayed to be the caretakers and prevent anyone from abusing it.

The people of Tesania on the otherhand, are much less community oriented. In the gloomier part of the land everyone is more worried about themselves. These people tend to be mercenaries, assassins, butchers, armor and weaponsmiths, and beast tamers. The architecture of this part of the world is much more menacing with terrifying sculptures and gargoyles often being incorporated into the designs. Clothing in this part of the world tends to be darker. Colors such as black, grey, bloody reds, deep purples and blues, and brown are commonly seen on clothing. It is a cutthroat land of deception, paranoia, and selfishness. With little interest in helping the community, there is a much larger population of impoverished people here compared to Vesania. There are many small mountain ranges, rivers, creeks, and lakes in Tesania. Their most ancient festival, the Watanagashi festival, was created to appease the terrifying Aesomtil, a group of winged beast native to the region. It was originally a tradition involving human sacrifice, but has evolved into a much less bloody custom. In the beginning it involved sending the entrails of a sacrifice adrift in the nearby lakes, rivers, and creeks, to appease the flesh eating monstrosities known as Aesomtil. Now it simply involves cutting down a Felucia and tearing chunks from the top of the overgrown mushroom. These large chunks of the plant are then set adrift in the many local bodies of water.
Technology: Slightly below galactic standard but skilled in biological technology
History: In the beginning the planet was inhabited by a species called Calbolgs and many other interesting and unique native species. These creatures lived in relative peace for many years, although they all lived in fear of the Aesomtil a species of dragonlike creature that terrorized every other living creature on the planet of Deleritas. This reign of fear caused by the Aesomtil was brought to an end when the Maz-Ko-Toe’s colony ship launched from their homeworld crashed into the surface of the planet.
The small detonation and radiation from the reactors flooded the city and made in uninhabitable deep within the mountains that acted as a minor buffer but the radiation creeps up. The survivors of the crash started to create a new society away from the others of the world who they couldn’t interact with without one side wearing a suit. THeir skills as farmers opening little until the dark times when the Order of the terrible gaze came under the chancellor.
They were there during one of the Pius Dea’s genocidal crusades against non human species within the galaxy and had found this world fleeing from the Aing-Tii. The aliens had created a colony on the world it being so close to the rift and with their help the native creatures drove them off coming to a great calm in the planets history. The Aing-Tii still maintained a colony on the world to monitor and protect what could be used as a foothold.
Later as the years went on other species came and went from the world. Each one searching and some leaving outposts or remnants of a colony but it didn’t last. THe natives were friendly but they were careful about trusting other species.
After several more years had passed in peace a lone human came across the planet. The man was renowned as a poet, novelist, and painter. He had been searching the galaxy for inspiration and came across Deleritas. After a few days of exploration beginning in Vesania near the mountains and eventually crossing into Tesania through a narrow mountain pass, he decided that this world would be the perfect setting for a novel about a young girl trapped in a mysterious world full of strange creatures. He returned to his home planet and began writing his book. After it was published it took off, and in some areas even inspired a hunt for the planet that had been its inspiration. After many years of searching, a small collection of humans found the planet. Over time as word of the planet grew that group became a small colony. Some people wanted the world to remain a secret though, and it was eventually decided that the planet should be kept a secret, to preserve the fragile paradise that they believed they had found. Things remained this way for a very long time until Carliah Dakrone found a copy of this book and, after a night of drinking with her daughter, decided to go searching for it.
