Deneba and Bimmisaari [Slated for Archival -C-]

I wonder how steep are the post penalties for the Deneba and Bimmisaari dominions: the map update talks about post penalties for these tier-2 dominions. Has faction administration been informed of what these penalties were? Have they been publicized for all Republicans to see? if so, I apologize for having asked for information that can be found elsewhere.

AFAIK the Mimban/Gyndine hex penalty has been paid in full and 25 extra posts were necessary for us to get it.

If I had to guess, Bimmisaari/Charros IV is the furthest from done, with only 1/20 penalty posts made, and 7/10 done on Deneba.
