"Good. Just keep at it. I'm going to start playing things up here," He whispered, wrapping up the conversation quickly so as to not appear suspicious. Aldric went to where most of the others were assembled, chatting amongst an array of blasters and ill-gotten goods. He mostly kept to himself at first, until someone suddenly approached him.
"Anything of interest to ya?"
The agent blinked, and studied the man. He seemed to work for the people organizing this black market dealing. Aldric returned to his guise, and nodded, "Heavy weapons. The good stuff. Somethin' that we can show off."
The man chuckled in a dry, hoarse voice, "The Black Nexu compensatin' for something?"
Aldric smirked wryly, "It's useful deterrent."
"Right you are, my friend," The man put an arm around his shoulder, leading him around to a few crates, "I'm sure we have plenty of interest to you and your mates." Just as he was about to go into a sales pitch, another member of his gang approached and spoke. Aldric reacted quickly, using the distraction to turn on his communicator. He couldn't say anything, but he hoped that part of the conversation would relay to Silas.
"I'm heading up top for a breather."
"What? Already?"
"It's my break, man. Lay off," The brief spat was left at that, with the guard parting ways to go on his break. And Silas would have that information that another guard was likely heading near him ahead of time.
"So, as I was saying…" The thug launched back into his sales pitch.
