Diplomatic Mission 1 ( Alex and the Grey)

[member="Strider Garon"]

It would be only when Strider had made it outside that the Zabrak would approach him, but he certainly would as soon as possible. "Ah! Mandalorian, please. Wait a moment for me." Krest would hurry to follow the Mando, only to offer a quick bow of his head. "You must forgive Alex for what she said. We do not like the One Sith at all. They took our home and forced us to leave. None in the Order have any love for them, or any other Sith for that matter. On top of that, your people have been so kind to give us a home, and yet we do not help you. Forgive us."

The bow of his head would turn into a full blown bow before he would stand up straight. "They Grey will help you against the One Sith, but I must ask that you protect Master Alex. Just one mandalorian guard will be more than enough as we give you our capable fighters. I hope you understand, but as she is with child she cannot openly support something that would put her in the crosshairs. If you can assure me of this, I will gather all I can as soon as I can. They Grey will be there."

Maybe this day wasn't a total waste. The zarbrak had followed him out with a better offer then true neutrality . Now, Strider could of played the insulted rhetoric and make the Grey beg a bit for their insulence of refusing his demands the first time he asked. But the field marshal had no time for such diplomatic crap. He was here looking for warriors and Kest was offering with a fair trade of one Mandalorian body guard for all the warriors he can muster. Though, one mando'ad verd was worth more, Strider's aim was looking at fielding a unique mix of not just mandalorians to fight the OS plague. The Grey Order and their kind will be of use in his war.

"Accepted!" Garon snarled, he was still slightly wounded of the first refusal and made it very apparent with his tone of voice "You will have your one warrior for Master Alex for your warriors at my disposal against the one sith". Stride would reach out the extend his hand to make the deal upon mandalorian honor and to seal it with a gentleman's agreement.

A red hand would meet the Mando's own, offering a firm grip and a strong shake. Krest was no Mandalorian, but even the Iridonians had their own sense of honor. And he was still a gentleman. But he was aware of [member="Strider Garon"] 's tone. With a frown he would respond, his own tone level for the moment.

"Just don't expect cannon fodder. And you will have to give me time to properly arm those with us. Uniforms, armor, weapons. As I said before, the Grey don't exactly have all that. Which brings me to my next question. Beskar. I know it is a guarded secret for your warriors, which is why I don't expect anything. But if they Grey could have some, just enough to protect vital organs and what have you. Well. We'd be far more useful." He wasn't exactly begging, but the idea of protecting his members as best as he himself could wasn't something he wanted to ignore.

" Our beskar reserves are low and are being held strickly for those that are Mando'ad. But we have began stockpiling in phrik so maybe there be a compromise. Work hard for me and I will do the same for you. That is all i can promise, Krest!" Strider firmly informed as he extended is hand out to seal the deal with his mandalorian honor, which means more then pen and paper "Do you agree to these terms?"

[member="Krest"]

Once more the Zabrak would take the Field Marshal's arm, offering another strong shake. While he couldn't get Beskar, Phrik was a good alternative. Locking eyes with [member="Strider Garon"] he'd speak once, sealing the deal in his own way. "I do. You can expect Phrik covered Grey joining you on the battlefield against the Sith."
