The one she listed, we have followed it for some time now, it involves a group of criminals breaking Jessica and other associates of the third CIS regime out of the new Imperial Remnant jurisdiction. So by helping them against Jessica and her lot you would also be helping [member="Tanomas Graf"]

Oh no, wait, the one she listed is a new thread, I was talking about the What's Mine Is Yours raid thing where what I described happened

Miss Blonde is a known leader of a criminal empire, and not a leader of a "legitimate government". No one is gonna hunt down all sith because they do bad things, the same goes for all criminals. The people that pretend to be good or at least well meaning, and then go on and behave like sith or criminals are those that get hunted. The enemy you know and stuff.

Jessica was requesting assistance because some 'pettiness' had gone on, which is leading to a well-deserved attack on her shipyards. And rapidly redacted it when she realised her request might actually have the effect of summoning help for the opposition, which would mean her shipyards end up destroyed and/or taken by the enemy.

It's utter genius, really.

Naboo will be investigating Christophsis after this all blows over. Which threads should I look at most closely, and is there anything I should know?

I mean just because somebody is known to repeatedly break the law, it's not going to make it any less likely for them to be hunted down as opposed to anyone else, if anything it's more likely for people to amass in that thread ICly to go after Blonde than Jessica because of her IC infamy. And hunting down Sith plus criminals because they do "bad things" is precisely what some of us have as an overarching character goal. Sure, it will never totally come true but you have to keep striving for something.

Either way, as much as I would love to show up and try to capture both sides involved, new Imperial Remnant seems to have things handled in the first thread, and Ringo Vinda, or however is spelled, is a bit too far from my usual territory to just get involved. So, staying out of this outside of OOC discussion for now.

Raid #1: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/101054-for-a-fistful-of-nova-crystals-cis-raid-of-christophsis

Notes on raid #1: what was hit was mostly military assets (military bases, defensive emplacements), with the brunt of the casualties being military (~80-90k or so): a comparatively small amount were civilians but nearly all of the civilian casualties were collateral damage from the headquarters being destroyed

Raid #2: http://starwarsrp.net/topic/101630-whats-mine-is-mine-and-whats-yours-is-also-mine-christophsis-raid/

Notes on raid #2: The Black Tie Syndicate killed about a million people or two, with a much higher proportion of civilians, while they aimed for the treasury and the detention blocks

Oh, sure, if I had to do it over again, the first raid would not have occurred, and probably not the second one either, but the whole arc was aimed at luring out Miss Blonde and the BTS...

Okay I agree, I should have said it differently.

What I meant was that Sith and criminals are obviously the bad guys, and if a sith attacks a jedi temple or whatever, no one is really surprised, and it doesn't make him or her stand out between other sith. Same goes for criminals.

Someone who pretends to be good, the impact is different if he or she does something bad. It has a different feel to it.

Lol I dunno, maybe I am just wrong but this is how I have perceived it.

I mean you're not wrong, it is different, but it's not fair to assume that one target would have a bigger capture priority over the other right away, that would depend on who's doing the hunting and who the targets are.
