Do-Bop (Faith Balor-Organa)

[member="Faith Balor-Organa"]

The Sal seemed to contemplate what Faith was saying as she ate some more food. "I suppose it is considered a secret, it is considered a rare gift to know the name of a Tal.... though some give their names the cloaser they get to the human cities." She continued to look at Faith with solid black eyes while the Do seemed to be listening and moved from its seat walking around and getting a grow from the large Tal as her tail swished from behind the chair. The creature moved like they had no bones and looked spongy skinned while some spilled water was making small sections of her body puffy where it was on the skin. She touched the guards in the room and the leaf like hair of it was curious to Willa while it went looking at faith's hair speaking. "DO."

[SIZE=12pt]Faith didn’t move or protest she had been touched in manners before as there were times she was the first human to be among some species and they were curious. So if someone were to touch her hair she would act as if it were a common occurrence and allow them to feel the strands.[/SIZE]

[SIZE=12pt]“So then traditions have changed because of changes experienced by everyone. Is this right?” Where was she going, and was it the strand that she needed.[/SIZE]

"I am uncertain, the traditions are taught from mother to children before the Tals turn on them and give into their territorial nature." Willa was listening as the Do seemed to be moving around and keeping her attention on several things. A look before her face going after some of the things on the table to watch the senator who was there. She stopped poking her but spoke finally. "Do me to home."

Do me to home? Faith thought what was it that was wanted. "You are planning on leaving?" she looked up at the Do. Faith looked over to Willa to see if she was understanding or if she had missed the mark on that one.

Faith just wasn't sure.

Willa was looking at her and she wasn't certain either as the thing seemed to keep looking at Faith speaking as she pointed to herself. "Do me, Do You." She pointed at Faith again while Willa was trying to understand it and spoke under her breath. "I think that is her name... or she is hungry... or I have no idea. I am as lost as you senator... Maybe she is trying to learn basic."

"Do is you, Faith is me?" She asked hoping she was working in the right direction, sometimes she wished she could afford a protocol droid, but then would one even know what to do here.

Faith smiled her gaze looking to [member="Willa Isard"] there was no indication from her face that she knew more than what she had already said. This, was...interesting.

Willa was watching more with facination at this point as the being seemed to be respond to Fairth... she thought or it needed to do something... Really that face was impassive and it didn't help that it had half of its face covered. "Do... Faith." Ah ha.... it said Faith's name, she understood this species and there was a sound at the Tal was looking at them. "They are very... simple... and stupid compared to most. I can see why it has taken this long for them to move beyond being flowers ina field."

"I like flowers, they serve purpose just as much as the very educated and well mannered" Faith smiled while looking at Do . She had to admit that it would be slow going if they could not understand one another, or the purpose of the talks.

For a moment she missed home, "What does home feel like here for Tal and Do?" She looked from one to the other.

There was a look from Willa towards the large Tal that was sitting down with a smirk on her face. The creature was many things but she wasn't certain what it thought of its home, it seemed more into the idea of gaining and collecting things in a cave it could count and have for itself. The Tal spoke with a grin on its face while her words came out. "Home is here, the forest and the trees where my family has existed for thousands of years." Her hand indicated the Sal near her. "Where my ancestor has existed and where wars have been fought."

"that is home for me too, a place where generations of my family has lived, and died" Faith looked down, "I know how it feels to have someone come in and take your things, the Sith did that to my home, they took everything." Well not quite everything, they didn't take her memories they took the green away from her world.

"things can always be replaced, but people, friend, family, they can never be replaced" Faith spoke softly she wasn't really thinking about the situation she was thinking of home and all the things that had been there. But she missed the green valley, the snow capped mountains, the beach, the thranta...yes all the things could be replaced in time, but not her home.

"Plants and crops regrow humen, they can be planted. The horde of the Tal is sacred, all species know never to touch it unless they want my wrath. Or they kill me in combat. This thing has done neither." Willa was looking at the one creature and then at the other as she finished wondering more if the rumors were true about such stashes. Mountains and mounds of treasures collected from thousands of years and generations.

Faith had to repeat the words in her head, plants and crops regrow. they can be planted, but the tal is sacred. All do not touch. her wrath. kill in combat. Faith had not made any points by trying to draw a line on the stealing of belongings.

The treasures were being taken and they wanted it stopped the Do did not recognize that boundary.

"Are the Tal immortal?"

[member="Faith Balor-Organa"] [how did I miss this???]

Willa perked up at that question... she had been studying the creatures and they weren't they were longer lived then most species but they died.. usually by their own greed fighting each other for things. It was like a need to horde shiny objects as the Tal spoke looking at them both. "No not immortal but I live longer then the human's."

[member="Willa Isard"]

"Live longer, to what age to they die of natural causes?" Faith watched and listened it was a curious thing to learn about others, and their ways, but how was she going to find a way to bring this to closure. It might not take a day or two, but perhaps longer. Was she prepared for that?
