Does Anyone Need a Fleeter?

I'm looking for a faction where fleeting and naval combat is possible, maybe start off as a captain of my own ship or something and work with whatever upper naval staff you have. Or even just an elite-starfighter pilot. Just really looking for a reason to keep this charrie right now.
