Go for it! It's a free market here in the Techno Union.

If you do a search for Ruusan you may find some details about the Academy. I participated in a skirmish there outside of it as well as trying to rebuild it on other characters.

I have an idea o turn the Academy into a hotel with a TU command center secured beneath it (I am planning on that being the reason such a small company was given the rights to develop the location). I am not finding much on the academy, however. I am finding the Valley of the Jedi, is that where the Academy is supposed to be?

So it's actually a Temple, now that I remember it correctly as well. So yes, I suppose it's in the Valley of the Jedi. There is an Obsidian Order group there fighting darksiders but that shouldn't upset your plans to develop something there.

The temple was destroyed in a skirmish but was also rebuilt by the Galactic Republic in another thread so there's definitely some kind of structure there.

I assume the Jedi Academy is still different to the Temple in the Valley of the Jedi?

They were separate in the intro to the IC thread but it's not clear here. Probably best to presume there's a separate academy (as per set-up) since the One Sith just wiped that out?
