Roger, will have my ship collect Noghri adventurers on Yalara's surface, and at a later point, collect more passengers from Effekt for the Lipstick Express and then ferry back supplies and equipment to the space station over Yalara.

I don't know that picking up passengers for some graveyard tour makes any sense with regard to Effekt. We have zero ties with the planet, and it's being setup such that it's, ultimately, controlled by a collection of warlords due to the power vacuum left by the disappearance of the ruling family. The method presently being used to bring stability to the system does not sync up with tourism.

My recommendation would be to pursue that particular avenue at a later time if you still have the desire.

With respect to this dominion, the Lipstick Express is just a cover to fetch more supplies for a station under construction over Yalara. Although ICly Dunames could say that it's also a display of First Order soft power to the Noghri as well as to the Effekt residents. I know, it may not be the best way to proceed. I chose to go fetch scholars, adventurers (or intelligence agents posing as adventurers and/or scholars) from both dominioned worlds, drop them off on Lipsec and then go back to Yalara with the supplies in tow.

Lipsec isn't some graveyard - why did you think the Lipstick Express was a graveyard tour? The Lipstick Express is a shopping tour instead of a graveyard tour.

Confused it with the planet for a different thread you had posted, my bad.

It just doesn't make sense to me. Moving around supplies and stuff, that makes perfect sense. Picking up Noghri for a shipping tour? That...just..yeah. As for Effekt, it's a world that's effectively been bereft of leadership and commerce for nearly a year now. If anything, removing random citizens from the planet is likely to incite more trouble with the local tribes that have formed for the purpose of survival than help.

Demonstrating greater power than leadership that exists is one thing. Removing people from the planet for a "shopping tour" just makes us look silly and the opposite of the image that those of us on Effekt are trying to portray. I understand it's all RP fluff anyways. You can be going to Effekt to collect resources and what not for First Order projects without projecting it out to the people as a fun shopping tour, I'd think. Your show though! Just throwing out ideas and observations.

I didn't make a decision as to the exact nature of who, or what, would be taken from Effekt: Effekt was, as you said, ICly closed off from the rest of the galaxy. Loading resources onto the Maersk of Lanteeb that remained there undelivered for a while might be better.

No, do not keep posting in it. Even though the dominion is technically "completed", a Rebellion can be initiated at any time.

The best strategy is to play it safe and let the thread fall to obscurity and continue your stories in a new thread.

By the way Valessia, I would like to be part of the continuing story with the Noghri princes. Let me know.
