Directorate Officer
Fairview, Hast
Gir strolled through the path around the tropical island, peering down the cliffs towards the sparkling cerulean waters. Water gently lapped up at cliffside and up against the white sand beaches even as a fresh breeze sailed across the waves to caress his skin. His blue eyes briefly scanned the horizon, casually looking for [member="Errreembuhr"]'s incoming craft. His family's old private island probably seemed like an unusual place to meet. After all, the Directorate's headquarters was only a two hour flight away in a galaxy that was hundreds of light-years wide. However, with a suspected mole on the loose there, it didn't seem wise to him to introduce yet another new person there. That would be one more person to keep track of, and perhaps more importantly, he doubted that the wookiee would appreciate the stringent security protocols put in place. It wouldn't exactly be the warm welcome and hospitality that Hast was otherwise known for.
He plucked out a silver cylinder from his shirt, "T4, any signs of our guests's ship?"
The highly clipped voice of the caretaker protocol droid came back strong.
"Not yet sir. I will inform you immediately if the villa's sensors pick up any incoming craft."
"Good," said Gir, "it probably wouldn't hurt to monitor traffic control channels as well."
"But of course, sir."
