El Bigote was born due to the Omega Protectorate gene therapy to aid Ropos in their becoming accustomed to new worlds that were warmer than their homeworld of Hoth. The largest in his litter, he has remained with the Omega Protectorate and can often be found wandering the halls. Of course those few times he is found, he often has oddly enough, managed to nab @[member="Ayden Cater"]'s hat.
