Enhanced Armor

[member="Galven Solomon"] - Some other ideas

  • Get a helmet with a HUD and use a 360' sensor suite. (because, all the sensors > just heat sensor)
  • Get a Jetpack. (because, flying > running fast)
  • Get an Area Denial weapon too. (Ex: flamethrower, sonic shotgun, corrosive gas emitter.) (because, area denial > trying to out-fence a Forcer)

These are common tricks... I use a modified version of the RazorHawk manuervering system on Ijaat, designed to be a bit more robust but less speedy. Fly like iron man, no pesky fuel tanks to explode. Ijaat or Iron Crown sell the armored and non armored versions, respectively. Alternately [member="Ordo"] at MandalTech makes a repulsor pack. An actual jetpack and a smart forcer will just combust the fuel.

A combat helmet from [member="Darth Vulkan"] with some mods might work. Or any helmet really.

Flamthrowers are nice, Ijaat makes a mass produced sonic shotgun. The corrosive gas idea is nasty, and JSC gets all my love for that.

Alternately, if you MUST use projectile weapons, use mass drivers or verpine. Too fast for most to dodge or parry, and if they do parry it, it's then a molten slug of metal flying at them. Which is worse than what it was. Ijaat makes a verpine sniper, and I think someone else makes a verpine pistol, but I could easily sub one to sell if you really wanted it.

There will be an enclosed helmet (Mentioned: Environmental protection) The Assisted Targeting is within the HUD. I may put in other sensors, but at this time I don't know how to work them in.
I've no interest in figuring out how to fly as an old man, my legs still work
This is for surviving a FU, not defeat them xD

I wish to learn Soresu.

[member="Galven Solomon"] - Hmmm.. I mean, I can technically do that. But so much of the LIghtsaber stances are focused on use of Force Senses and other Force abilities, it seems really odd for a NFU to learn them, as you'll be like a 3' tall person trying to play basketball against Shaq really. So I don't think ICly Julius would see the point.

The suit offers him a little more than a Normal FU gets. And it is understandable, but I really hope FU's don't think so high and mighty of themselves while they say the Force is in everything, just some people a little more. No, I will not be able to gain 100% of the potential out of Soresu, but it is defensive training. Parrying, blocking, guarding, etc. The very reason Galven carries his own lightsaber is because it is small, very compact, concealable, and easier to ready than a sword. He only uses this knowledge and items against Force Users, he would never be able to use any of it in basic combat

OK per our conversation on the chat, I doubt that the basic idea would have much issues. But you will need to have tweaks added, for example, mayhap a type of sonar to sense the movements, which correspond with a droid mind or some other types of electronic translation that will aid in the burst of the electricity. That then, will also likely want to be small enough to not actually change the whole bodily position, but more a slight turn.

Then with the additions we spoke of, it will be easily a powerful armor.
