In Umbris Potestas Est
So myself and my good friend [member="Krest"] have decided to create a faction exclusively for this event. This faction will essentially be a demilitarized zone, for all intents and purposes. It will have its own protecting fleets, will allow various sections of its territory to be governed by other major factions(as per the DMZ's purpose), and will give people the degree of stability that half the people disappearing in the galaxy certainly could not provide.
As Jentara has sent the message to everyone who knew Circe, if you've ever done business with Circe, befriended Circe, or really done anything with Circe that would involve the exchange of datapad numbers, and if you weren't raptured, would you be willing to post in the linked thread, perhaps with a response?
If you didn't know Circe, but are still interested in helping out with the DMZ faction, feel free to send a response to the Emeritus Industries letter that's been sent throughout the entire holonet. A link to the IC thread is below.
