Hanging around the door, the organ was ready and she needed the transplant done now or within the next twenty four hours. Marie watched the two talking back and forth. Caring, emotions, love, happiness. It made her sick, Darren sugar coated the entire project to the young girl. To Marie it was only a way to make better soldiers. If it were up to her she would break Emily like she broke daisy abd Rolland. But that wasnt her call, that was Darren's. Darren would most likely train the girl in her powers and he didn't want them broken like her children.

Marie smiled and looked to both of them. "We are ready to begin whenever dear. You will help save this galaxy." she said smiling at them it was nice to see her happy and accepting of what was happening. Get them young and the possibilities are endless. @Darren Shaw @[member="Emily Beleren"]

I nodded my head as she asked if this was helping people. She took a moment to think, and I allowed her to do so without talking. She started to speak saying that she would go through the program, and have me next to her during the operation. Really I would only need to be there when she was put to sleep, and when she woke up. But still I nodded my head. "I promise. You may not see or hear me, but I will be there."

Emily hugged Darren tightly, burying we face in his chest. "Thank you." By this time, Marie had entered the room, saying that the procedure was ready. Looking up at her friend, she put her small hand in his and squeezed a little. She wasn't too sure about what the operation was or what it would do to her, but Darren being there reassured her. "I'm ready."

As much as I would have liked to just have broken them like the doctor had, and given them no special treatment. I would be the one in charge of Emily. I was here to help her control the powers that she would be getting. and because of this, I would in a sense become her Master, but she would have to be the one to choose if she would follow me in taking down the Empire with Onyx, and others of the Czar program, or she can somehow go off on her own and learn about life the hard way.

I removed my hand from her shoulder as she latched onto my other hand. The doctor said that it was time. I stood up as she kept close to me. "Let's go to the room." I nodded at the doctor wanting to let Emily walk there herself that way I wouldn't have to carry out while she was asleep.

This was going to be fun, escorting the pair into the operating room Marie took Emily and smiled at her gently, she was truly a monster of a woman hiding behind the vale of a sweet old woman. "I am very proud of you Emily. Together we will end this war against the galaxy. We will be able to do so much." grabbing a needle Marie placed it inside of Emily and put her to sleep. Her team of medical personnel placed her on the operating table to begin the procedure. "I will be gentle with her Mr. Shaw, just deliver on your end." she said as she sterilized her hands preparing for what was to come.

Wheeling up next to her was the organ taken from the fire breather from the nearby Vong world of Belgaroth and spliced with human DNA to fit its purposes in making the mixture of accelerate to burn greatly. Opening Emily up she would need to place the organ where it would serve best, she would need the organ to produce its liquid out through her pours. Placing the organ into her she spliced it in next to her heart so the fluid could travel throughout her blood stream and rain fire when needed. Sealing her up the doctor finished then burned the wound closed. Now all that was left was to develop her telekinetic powers. When the girl awoke it would be in her room resting @[member="Emily Beleren"] @[member="Solrune"]

Walking to the next room, Emily constantly looked up to Darren for comfort. Where she had found joy in the last month, she now felt nothing but fear. She had no idea what exactly would happen, and that's what worried her the most. The only things reassuring her were that Darren was with her and that she would be able to help people somehow. Laying down on the table, she finally let go of his hand, but continued to look into his eyes. "Darren, I'm scared." Those were he last words before she felt a pinprick in her arm, then drifted off into a deep sleep.

Emily dreamed of fire.

Everything was in flames. She was back at her house, but this time she was watching the entire scenario from a different perspective. A kid charged in, followed by Luke a minute later. A section of the roof collapsed onto dad, and he died with a scream. By this time, the two teenagers had gotten Emily out of the house, and had gone back to save mom. They had almost freed her when- the image faded into a wall of flames, and thn complete blackness. "Luke! NO!!!"

She started awake, her breathing heavy. Her face was streaked with tears. It was a nightmare. Putting her head in her hands, she sobbed quietly, mourning the loss of her family.

(Ok side effects of the thing will involve a burning sensation from inside, a bit of numbness of touch due to the synthetic skin, and the potential overdose of the fluids in her body if they aren't set ablaze every 24 hours. I will submit this to the factory soon I just need you and Darren to show her powers and train her a bit as well as show the side effects to have them addresed)) @[member="Emily Beleren"]

Being led down the corridors to the operation room, Emily stayed by my side, and she said that she was scared before she fell asleep because of the drugs that were injected into her. I stood back in the corrner as @Dr.Marie Krasnican continued to work on Emily. I kept away from the doctor even though I had a bad feeling that she would tear out the little girl's heart and begin to eat it like a mad person. However she did not. and I was glad.

I stayed with emily after the operation. Wasting no time to be by her side, not knowing when she would wake up.

It was about a day later when she finally woke up, as the body needed to heal some before she would move all to much. She started to shake and murmur. She made two words of Luke, her brother and the denying word of no outright against the galaxy. She woke up with a start, and I already had my hands on her shoulders keeping her from sitting up to fast. With the drug dosage that she had, she may have a few dizzy spells, and might tear at the opening, as it was not fully healed.

Without even knowing it, Emily flew right into Darren's arms, sobbing. "I had a nightmare... It was horrible." As she spoke, she could feel a strange burning sensation in her chest. It was unlike anything else she had ever felt, strong yet not as painful as she would expect it to be. It was just... there. Feeling a strong dizziness as well, she softly laid herself back down on the bed, looking up at the man. "Is the operation done? What did they do to me?"

Apparently she ignored the pain of a cut down the center of her chest, and wrapped around me. better to keep her in bed, as she asked me what was done, I moved her to the side of the bed, and I laid down on the bed with her. I already knew that she had a nightmare, I could see it in her eyes when she woke up. I have had a few where they were like that.

"They put a fire breather's gland in your heart." I pointed to the center of her chest. "With the way that you will use this gland will give you powers to combat others." I looked directly at her. "Your fear, has become your weapon."

Normally, the idea of having fire powers would be awesome to a fourteen year old. Emily however, was horrified. Pulling her shirt up, she examined the long cut at the center of her chest, and an orange glow under her skin. "W-what? How...?" She was absolutely speechless. Especially now that she was out of shock, she could notice that she could barely feel anything with her fingers. "What's wrong with my hands? Why do I have a glowing thing in my chest? Darren, how is all of this going to help me save people?"

Apparently She didn't have morals of where the cut was ether. being in the center of her chest it also cut up slightly towards her still growing breasts. I grabbed the hem of her shirt and pulled it back down as she asked me the question. "First, I don't need anyone flashing me, especally you. Second, The beast that it was taken from could use fire powers, and with that we are able to give you the same powers. it glows only now, because it wants to be used, and has all the energy that needs to go somewhere, so I suspect that is why it is glowing." I leaned up so I could see her better.

"With these powers you can do many things. It is for you to choose ether to work for the good of the Galaxy, or to watch the Galaxy literally burn. Emily, I have not told you, but I am a Master of the force. And I can teach you how to control these powers. If you want me to, I can help you make the right choices so the Galaxy can be in a better place."

Emily colored a little as Darren pulled her shirt back down. It wasn't her intention to "flash" him, she was just concerned about what had happened to her. One thing caught her attention, however. "The....force? I've heard of it, but I don't think I can use it. Isn't it like magic?" Sure, the prospect was childish, but it was the only way her and her brother had ever understood it, like magic. "How would you train me?"

I smiled as she asked if the force was like magic. I held up my hand and slightly shook it back and forth in a "so-so" motion. "Matters on what part of the force you use." I propped my head up with my arm. still staying close to her. "I use the power of electricity in a very powerful form. others use shade, or shadows. I have even seen a few that could use a power that could drain your very soul." I put a hand up to stop her before she spoke. I was once a teen and knew about some of what they thought. "its very rare, so I doubt that you will see it, but yes, the force is sometimes considered magic, by those who do not know of how it works. I can train you by teaching you what the force really is, both the Light, and dark sides of the force, and to eventually how to control your own powers so you can use them effectively."

Emily listened very earnestly, but was confused by some of it. She almost piped up and asked how someone could drain souls, but was stopped by Darren so he could finish. He told her of many aspects of the force, and that there were light and dark sides. It seemed very interesting, but very scary as well. Slowly nodding her head, she gave him a small smile, showing that she trusted him. "Alright, i'll let you teach me. If you let me dye my hair red. I saw some hair dye stuff in the market a few days ago, and it's really cool."

I nodded my head as I chuckled. She wanted red hair, and really, I liked red hair. Though there was a difference between red hair, and gingers. Gingers I didn't really care for. "Fine, I'll take you when you get all healed up." I was glad that she was accepting what she was now becoming. But sometime soon, she will need to take another operation to finish the project. How soon that may be? I don't know.

"Aww, but who knows how long that's gonna take?" Emily pouted a little, but stayed in her bed. Though she really wanted to go out, she realized that it would be some time before she could again. After all she had felt a small spike of pain when she jumped up to hug Darren, which she was just now feeling. Then an idea came to mind. "Maybe you could teach me some stuff about the force while i'm healing? I'm a good listener, promise."

I nodded my head "It will take a pretty long time. For me to master my own powers it took me years. but because of the setbacks that I had, it took me longer to get it. Matters on how well you preform."

She had a slight pout on her face, and I smiled as she asked me if I could start to teach her. I nodded my head. "Alright, that sounds good to me, Only one question, If you were to be given a choice to ether kill the one you love to save the entire galaxy, or let you love live and the Galaxy perish, which would you choose?" It may have been a hard question, but there is always more than the two choices that are given. I wanted to see how deeply she thought.

Emily smiled a little as Darren agreed to talk to her about the force, but was taken aback by the suddenness of the strange question. It was certainly a hard one to answer, especially for a little girl like her. She have it some serious thought for a few minutes before she had her answer. "I would try to save both if I could. I mean, what's the point of having powers if you can't make your own decisions?" It was a child's point of view, but still one to ponder. In her eyes, anything was possible with "magic", and therefore she would be able to save both the galaxy and her loved one if she had the chance.
