COMBAT INFORMATION
- Availability: Uncommon
- Deployment: Mass
+ Muscle: While not exclusively monstrous, most living Enforcers are hired from the more physically robust species. The security droids are also rated for hazardous environments.
+ Professional: The ones not programmed to are a step above the average swoop gang both in terms of loyalty and competence. Some were successful contract killers before the Exchange found them, others have been trained from adolescence in fighting pits for just such a purpose.
- Intelligence: Enforcers are not valued for their problem solving as their ability to exercise force. Most are not much smarter than their droid counterparts, and could be fairly easily outwitted.
- Decentralized: As the Exchange’s power structure is distributed among subsidiaries, cells, and business fronts, Enforcers vary in training and skill set from operation to operation. Some of the leadership prefers to utilize mostly droid security whose upkeep they must maintain, while those who hire more living guards are required to train internally.
DESCRIPTION
With holdings as vast as Salvatrucha’s and a stake in criminal enterprises across much of the galaxy, the Exchange is only as strong as those who guard its assets and protect its leadership. While the terms vary from front to front, taking on more innocuous sounding titles that suit their surroundings like bouncers, security personnel or elite guard, Enforcer describes anyone on the payroll of the Economic Development Corporation or its subsidiaries charged with keeping watch over its interests.
Given the criminal network’s decentralized command structure, it is not uncommon for an Enforcer to not even realize the Exchange is who they are really working for, although with certain holdings the association is much more obvious. One of the more recognisable branch is the security team charged with protecting Salvatrucha’s central corporate holdings, SalvaSec. The Dragon Palace Casino on Antecedent is also noteworthy in maintaining a force composed entirely of DD-S1 units.
While the Economic Development Corporation is an equal opportunity employers, it is less common to see species like Gamorreans and Houk on staff. Though some can be found, the Exchange is known for preferring species somewhat less known for their savagery such as Nikto, Klatooinians, Trandoshans, and even Wookiees. There is also no shortage of somewhat dull witted human slabs of muscle.
