Was she humble? Maybe. She knew herself to be modest and for the most part selfless. Yet her conversation with [member="Mantic Dorn"] today caused her to doubt if even that was true.
Kay leaned back in her chair and finished her water, contemplating how much time that she would have to attend her lessons, yet still be able to perform her duties for her brother's government so that she could provide for herself. It will be a tough juggle, but then again she was quite used to being on the move.
"I hope that my attendance causes no trouble for you. Luckily I hold no more bounties on my head, so I wouldn't be endangering your students. However from time to time I may have to go on a mission. I do need to earn a living afterall."
She set down the empty glass, smirking about how she had inspired a lecture. No doubt it was going to be about control. Well that was her guess anyways. She bowed her head to him. "When is the first class set to begin, Master Dorn?"
