This discussion has been had on 3 (probably way more) known separate occasions. On each occasion, the Faction Admins of OP have come to me for advice, and it's always the same problem - inactivity, "the members don't care", lack of a drive... The latest board event, Netherworld, has done a lot of good things for this community, one of which has forced each Major Faction to look in the mirror, cry a little bit, and say "is it still worth it?"

I love you, OP. You're a snowflake creation that stands atop an ingenuitive community. A lot of members love you.

But a lot of members loved the Bluehawks, too.

All I'm doing here is presenting the evidence - Of the 3 past Faction Owners, 3 Faction Owners have contemplated going minor. I don't think OP's problem has ever been a leadership problem.

I've been saying what [member="Akala"] is saying until my freaking face is blue. Stop discussing and just DO it. It's why I made that thread. I want to get people seriously pumped. We're here to RP, so just do it or don't. But whatever happens, do not try to blame it on leadership. This is on us, guys.
