Faction Name

So, what should the faction name be?

In a forum where there are recognisable names that will suck in new members such as the Republic, One Sith and Mandolorians, some of us feel that Abrion something something doesn't say anything about the faction, or act as a good brand "hook" to draw in members.

Please let the admin team know what your opinion is on the matter!

Feel free to add your justification or put forward a new name!

As my roots in roleplaying come from Shadowrun, and the fact that this faction is in many ways similar to the entity of similar name in that universe, I think we should go with Corporate Council, The Corporate Council, Corporate Council of Abrion.

We have a unique sell, every other faction has people who identify with a planet or subfaction because they are NFU or FU. Here we can have people have their main identifier be with a corporate identity. Yes we have an FU faction with the KO and we have NFU options out the wazoo, but unlike most other factions we have a great many corporations and I think we should run with that angle.

That's just my two cents.

Corporate Sector Authority.

The Corporate Sector Authority (CSA) was the government of an interplanetary fiefdom, administered by a brutal and tyrannical corporatocracy, that operated in the Corporate Sector, which was located at the front end of the Tingel Arm region in the Outer Rim Territories.

Even though we're nowhere near that part of the Galaxy or whatever but this isn't exactly canon as we know it.

It's Canon, it is an aspect that we've been vibing for awhile, it works.

And do you see that tag? Pure smex.

Techno Union, because I'm jumping on the bandwagon. It's short, simple, sweet, and tells you what we're about in two words without having to read our description.

My opinion is we're about technology, and the forward advancement of it. I want to be a part of the frontrunners of technological change in the Galaxy, and wish this faction to be the bastion of all things science and futurology.
