Much as I admire Chevu Visz and the work she has done here, I am of the mind that she should probably let life settle still, and focus on writing to keep her sane. A move and everything else can create little ripples of Chaos(see what I did there?) for months in a life, and I don't want her to have to neglect other responsibilities to mind our crazy asses here.

Why? I believe that he can lead this faction to something great, he's a great roleplayer and has a good backstory that I believe can be worked into many roleplays within this faction.
