Given that this is very blatantly disrespectful and snide, I'd like to ask that Mark be given a three day Factory Ban.

This is no cause for a ban. Alachei was due to a number of issues in a very short space of time -- Mark's been off the Factory Radar for a while, or at least you haven't been bringing anything massive up regarding him.

Besides, Jon votes no and if he's the one dealing with it? Then that's his prerogative.

I'm with [member="Rasho the Hutt"] on this one. It's snide, backhanded, and passive aggressive, sure, but it's not quite at that point, though. If he continues it with Rasho judging it, then I'd vote yes. Once it becomes a problem with refining it, then it becomes a more serious issue.

If anything a warning should be put in place saying yo man that's not how you talk to people. We're not here to teach people manners to be honest. But like the others I feel no need for a ban. A slap on the wrist sure.
