Feedback on Ultima-class bulk freighter

Simply put, my plan for tier 3->4 major project is to design and build the largest ships capable of landing on planets of all time (although there are 2+km ships, this one being nearly 2 km, and no canonical ship that big is able to land, at least not to my knowledge):

Affiliation: Open Market
Manufacturer: Ringovinda StarYards
Model: Ultima-class bulk freighter
Modularity: Yes: one can change the weapons, as well as to devote more space to transporting passengers vs. cargo
Production: Mass-Produced
Material: Durasteel hull
Classification: Star Destroyer-sized bulk freighter
Length: 1999m
Height: 573m
Width: 943m
Armament:
Rating 6
18 Bulkhunter heavy ion cannons (in six triple turrets; 216 standard turbolaser equivalents)
1 heavy tractor beam (20 standard turbolaser equivalents)
14 tractor beams, equivalent to one turbolaser each
25 Quad lasers
Defenses: 13
Hangar: 2 Squadrons (stock configuration means it is equipped TIE Reavers; a client may change the fighters equipped in it)
Special Features:
Manoeuvrability Rating: 17
Speed Rating: 17
Hyperdrive Class: 1
Special features:
- Tensor field generator
- Inertial compensator
- 60 Jessica landing gears
- 6 Marcia repulsorlift generators
- Watchtower collision avoidance system
Strengths:
- Can land on planets
- Strong hull
Weaknesses:
- Lightly armed (poor firing arcs)
- Can mostly only disable enemy ships
- High crew requirements (for a freighter; compared to dedicated Star Destroyers, no)
Description:

Consumables: 6 months (passenger configuration) - 6 years (pure bulk freighter)
Cargo capacity: 40 million tons (pure bulk freighter)
Passenger capacity: 0 (pure bulk freighter)-500,000 (passenger configuration)
Crew:

Based on plans stolen from Kuat Drive Yards for prison barges, the Ultima is the pinnacle in building starships capable of landing on planets. Larger than any known ship capable of landing on planets, it can do so thanks to a vast array of landing gears designed by the mastermind of the KDY theft operation. Rumors are that the landing gear designer had a personal grudge against Kuat Drive Yards for reasons that appear related to landing gears. Whereas the original ship could carry 100,000 prisoners, with very little cargo space, the Quaestor promises to transport over a million standard "45-feet" high-cube containers for a grand total of 40 million tons or, alternatively, half a million passengers as a lumbering starliner. As with all freighters built by Ringovinda StarYards, it is equipped with an inertial compensator and a tensor field generator to keep contents safe; without the inertial compensator, landing the behemoth would be impossible.

Such a large ship must be armed to minimize its reliance on escorts; one may replace the stock weapons by weapons with more destructive power to hulls. In addition, it has two hangars built into the conning tower facing forward and aft respectively, capable of housing one squadron apiece.

Development Thread: WIP
Intent: To provide a bulk freighter capable of moving the massive loads required to sustain a galactic economy
Who Can Use This: Anyone
Primary Source: Imperial prison barge, Tormentor-class battlecruiser (of which it is a somewhat smaller version)
