Nei smirked as Regor pushed the credits towards her. Maybe the Lucky Star really was her lucky star. "I go put these in safe," she said. "Won't be long -- then I check cockpit."
Standing up, Nei made her way into her bedroom, a simple space with few decorations: light grey walls, dark blue carpet, and a brown bed. In the corner was a metal dresser. No pictures were on the wall, but there was a wood carving of some sort of sea creature on the dresser.
The Nautolan made her way over there, pulling out the bottom drawer fully before reaching in the back. She quickly withdrew a small black box and, punching in a code, popped the top. Inside were several credits, to which she added her winnings. Everything was then replaced smoothly.
Nei stayed there for a moment, kneeling on the floor. So far, tonight had been...fun. It was odd, not being alone on her ship, but it was a good odd. She really didn't know Regor, and she didn't fully trust him yet, but...She wouldn't have minded spending more time with him.
If she wasn't who she was.
Nei had spent so much time, not fully trusting people, being on her own, and that was going to be hard to break. In fact, she was surprised she hadn't just bolted on the guy yet. But the Nautolan knew, deep down, that she wasn't ready for commitment.
That didn't mean, though, that she couldn't enjoy the rest of the night. Letting out a snort at her thoughts, Nei stood up, dusting off her armour before turning towards the door.
