A brilliant fire
"Shouldn't I?" she asked smugly, but that confidence didn't last very long, as his hand settled against her cheek. A soft breath left her lips, and while he patted her cheek and walked passed her, Valery bit her lip and stood still for a moment. There was something about him that just... made her feel all sorts of things inside.
Things she had never felt before.
Quickly, Valery turned on her heels and followed him to the kitchen. "I can cook but I don't know what ingredients you have," she said with a smirk, but after looking through some cabinets, she pulled a few things together to start preparing a nice meal. While she cooked, Valery began to hum a melody.
One that seemed random now, but one he'd learn a lot more about one day.
"So uhm, once I get things going with the Enclave, where will you be heading? Are you going to stay on Spintir or do you feel more drawn to flying around with the Bastion?" Her question seemed innocent, but she was definitely hoping that he'd at least visit often enough. If he couldn't... she almost felt like she'd rather just join him instead of forming this Enclave.
Is this what it's like to be in love with someone?
