Normally the stun current it dishes out makes it hard to concentrate on the Force, thus disrupting their ability to use the Force.

Yes but you just said that it would be an amplification field.
Your idea in this sub is interesting but largely ineffective. You are wearing a heavy pack and likely lugging around a power pack for the external battery attached to it. You have a vulnerable emitter on top of it tha would be weighing the wearer down. The field generated being non lethal is going to make stun shocks on par likely with a gnat and be more annoying then disruptive. It can supercharge a force user who knows the basics of absorbing the energy.
If I am honest this sub is a mess and your responses are more in line with just off the top of your head rather then something that is planned or detailed. These should have been addressed with the sub itself not through twenty questions where truthfully you are no closer to getting this approved if anything I would put it back into the pre-factory for you to work on it with a specific criteria list of changes required to be addressed.
1: Address the functional logistics of this pack from emitter to make the 5 meter bubble to the pack itself and external power supply.
2: Address how intense it is since most jedi as Luke showed could shrug off ion paddle beamers with enough focus when he was inexperienced at Bakura.
3: Address power consumption as you say it takes a massive amount of energy. So how long can it last?
4: Clarify the weaknesses of the field as well as the description. Preferably with details there so they don't have to be searched for in the comments.
