The force nullification ring is Farah’s first solo alchemization project. Given that she spends much of her time on Coruscant, the capital of Galactic Alliance space, it would make sense for the young Sith to try and hide anything incriminating about herself that would hinder her work as a civilian doctor. Thus after many failed attempts and frustrations, a suitable ring was created.
Farah’s ring is a basic thin durasteel band and nothing more, having purchased many identical rings cheaply in bulk as this took her many attempts to get right. After many days of trying, Farah was finally able to produce a ring that conceals her presence in the force. While wearing the ring, Farah would appear as a non-force user when in the presence of other force sensitive. One of the big drawbacks of this item is that while the ring is worn, the wearer cannot use the force.
The ring has only been tested on Farah who is of Apprentice level in Force ability. Though she is unaware of it, the ring will only conceal weaker to mid-level force presences and will not work as well on someone of Master level. The stronger a force sensitive is, the less the ring will have its desired effect. If Farah grows stronger in the force, the ring will eventually become useless which is currently unbeknownst to her.
