Nope. Our thread is private. If Talon joins then I will have to throttle down the subject matter, tone down the material, and become politically subjective.

The idea is that I need to experience another Jedi's philosophy without involving the variables of social constraint. Like any good science project, there must only be constants. Minimizing the interferences of outside forces.

To give an example. If Carn Dista joined in our thread, then suddenly we would need to react according to his rank. Our speech would change, our reservations would increase, and the social equilibrium would hinge upon the whim of a greater man. We would be... More careful.

So yeah. In order to experience the full breadth and width of another man's spirit, I must engage him alone in the fear of the dark. Because in that abyss, there is only the man and his beliefs.
