COMMAND BRIDGE, THE RED HAND
PRAKITH SYSTEM

Rohak tapped his foot and shook his head to the melody of an ancient mariner's song and observed the events unfold before him. Turbolasers and explosions lit up the space of the Prakith system surprising only those ignorant enough to believe that striking so deep in the Core wouldn't bring the actual sharks of the galaxy to play.

Karl came back from the communications suite a moment later summarizing what Sabetha had told him. Good. He had his doubts that she might refuse but the girl he knew back then some time ago had become a well-known figure among galactic pirates recently. Sabetha Tag seemed to have drastically changed but so did he. 'Hira Mitsae' was probably still the same violent and volatile woman she always was, just tuned up to a whole new level. And that all tied well together for the madness they were about to pull.

Due to their acquiantance, Rohak was informed of their target and a quick glance at the tactical viewscreen he realized Sabetha's cunning plan. A twisted smirk slid across his face. Time to make all these theatrics believable.

"Karl, open fire on this particular civilian ship-"

"That's Tag's, Cap-"

"Exactly. We need to make sure the Corellians believe this is nothing but a frightened civilian ship trying to escape. Tell the men to keep their accuracy low."

Sharp teeth formed a grin on Karl the Herglic's face.

"Can't really go lower than it is. Aye, Cap'n." the walking shark nodded.

The orders were transferred down to the gunners' deck and the Red Hand opened rather inaccurate fire at the civilian ship Sabetha and Hira were guiding towards the Corellians fleet.

She takes in the sight of the massive humanoid blazing for her. Propelling herself into the air with astonishing speed, she tucked her knees in and watched the sweeping blow fly underneath her floating frame before arching her back and rolling through a backflip. Landing, she backpedalled with her blaster pistol leveled in her off hand. She let go several rounds in retaliation. "Feeling confrontational?" she smirked.
" Confrontational. No. This is me in my natural state. Heh!" Saverok retorted with a grin. The muscles in his torso tensed as his eyes followed the Jedi's moves. She was impressive in her own right, but mistaken. Blaster fire thudded against the organic Yuuzhan vong armor the Gen'dai wore. The force behind each shot barely budging his massive frame. Did he even feel it? Even so his overall momentum did not cease. Even with the addition of a additional opponent. He continued to run forward in a charge.

Kian Karr said:
There was something oddly familiar and yet foreign about the force signature....but Kian could not place it. Kian watched from the shadows for a few moments while the other's left the hangar. The Sith didn't want help with Master Jade? Cocky or confident? Kian watched as he ignited a lightsaber pike and leapt forward to the attack. Master Jade easily dodged the powerful attack and fired several shots at the very large opponent. At this point, Kian leapt out from his hiding place, landing to the right of Master Jade, so as not to be in the line of fire. "Mind if I join in?" Kian asked, his lightsaber held up ahead of him defensively. "Feel free to surrender. You'll be treated fairly." Kian said, not out of an arrogance that the Sith would suddenly feel he must because he was outnumber, but rather because he always gave them a chance to do so....despite the fact that is decades in the field, no Sith had ever taken him up on the offer.

Why was it that Jedi in pairs believed that the odds were suddenly evened when facing off against larger opponents? If anything this meant only more of a fair fight for Saverok. The Gen'dai gave no reaction to the new introduction verbally. There was only a show of force. Neither Je'daii was out of his own reach of grasp. Drawing back his head some, a large and spiky left hand Saverok suddenly extended it forward! Muscles, nerve and tendons stretching out in unison densely packed together. At the end of it an armored grasped hand seeking to grab both the Kel Dor and the Female in a relatively moderate speed for his size. It was on purpose. Saverok wanted the Je'daii to assume his mass affected his over all reaction time. In reality he was much, much, much faster. The seemingly aggressive gesture also masked what would of been obvious, if an open display of Telekinesis had been shown. Why telegraph strikes, when you could mask it? The invisible energy projected out and away from the Gen'dai in the form of curved uppercut aimed at [member="Kian Karr"]'s back. He would never see it coming.

Feeling the destruction and conflict outside the vessel and drinking it in. The Gen'dai let the pool of twisted energy within his inner depths build up. " Shut your karking trap, MAGGOT!"

Explosions sounded in the distance. Scour could hear the shrieks and screams of the shock troopers not too far away. He could also hear the roars of his crew under fire. The Ten Thousand Fists were capable scum and would easily handle their own. Nothing to worry about there. Now originally his goal was to systematically take out each shocktrooper which would leave the young officer to pee his pants. It seemed plans had shifted as the young man had a death wish. " Ahahaha! There are no heroes in war. You albino nerf!" He remarked with a roar.

Scours eyes shifted after a pop from the Arkanian officers rifle. Pupils shifted watching the odd round soared toward the Gen'dai. He could see it clear as day. His perception of time greatly higher than that of other species and his reflexes were what saved him. Altering his speed through sheer body control alone Scour managed to leap to the right in a amazing display of speed. His body fix mid air took in the full extent of the rounds concussive force at close range.

*BOOM* Light flashed bright and sound came to a deafening ring. Scours rather small frame went air-born one meter eaten by a cloud of smoke and debris. Shifting his weight to one side the Gen'Dais body flipped about. Energy charged hands extended burst out arching lightning to several pieces of hutt-ball sized rubble. From outside the cloud of debris purple lines of light zig zagged about briefly. Crackling with increasing intensity the two pieces of overloaded rubble was hurled with invisible grasp at the future dead man.

If explosives were the theme for this battle then perhaps the officer would be in for a shocking surprise. Landing upright with a crashing thump Scour's motions and speed did not seem to change. Despite the pain of his injury. His left arm was gone...for now. Within a minute it would be back, he did loose his Scatterblaster.

But she surmised earlier that blaster fire wouldn't fair all that well; that wasn't the point -- she wanted to goad him into attacking her further. Taking in the welcoming site of Master Karr through her peripheral visage "Guess he's gonna forgo the whole surrender thing..." cutting in as she could feel the hulking frame of their adversary piercing through her sphere like perception, vibrating in aggression.

Ehuh!

Air escaping her frame in a gasp of revelation -- a Gen'Dai. She'd fought one before on Nar Chunna, albeit this one was much larger than Sunder; he gave her a run for her money. They certainly weren't opponents to take lightly, but she was more prepared this time. No wonder he was throwing himself into conflict like this...it all made sense. She danced back frantically and to one side, crouching towards the floor out of range of the attack. She rolled down over her hip, coming around, slashing wide and downward with her scarlet saber. Her free hand behind her back, under her jacket flicking at the switch of one of her on person weapons.

In a single stroke that was more power than finesse, her blade flashed forward to shear through the extended limb -- she knew what'd come next...

With a sinking feeling in his gut, Kian came to the realization just what he was facing off against. Gen'Dai. Kian hadn't faced a Gen'Dai in a long time. Once, while a relatively fresh Jedi Knight, Kian had grappled with one who was similar to the one he found himself standing before. That fight had been a brutal one, with Kian landing blows that would have felled a non-Gen'Dai opponent. But with their ability to heal from virtually any wound, Kian had been forced to rely on a delaying tactic, drawing out the fight until he could accomplish his objective. That was not an option here - but he was also not alone.

Kian dove forward and to the side meaning to go into a roll to avoid the punch but suddenly found himself propelled forward much faster than he had anticipated. The force strike hit him from behind. Had Kian's momentum not already been going forward, it would have felt like being hit by a brick wall. As luck would have it, it only felt like being hit by a small brick wall. Kian's muscles screamed out at him as he twisted uncomfortably - relying heavily on the force to throw himself back up on to his feet.

Kian saw that Romi had fared better than he and was already on the attack. Kian went on the offensive as well, coming forward with a series of conservative slashes and jabs. Kian was not looking to maim or strike down his opponent. He knew better to expect a quick end to a fight with a Gen'Dai. Rather, he hoped to split enough of the enemies attention so as to make it more likely that more devastating blows could be landed later. Kian did not know as much about Gen'Dai as he'd like to at that moment, but he did know that if enough series blows could be landed across the Gen'Dai's body, they were often forced into a hibernation state to heal. Working with Master Jade - just such a feat might be possible.

"Is it on?"

"Yes, sir."

Theodore flipped the switch to speak into the mic, overruling any other transmission on the short-range escort link he had set up.

"This is the Tempest, we have emerged above Prakith and.."

He gave himself a small pause, watching the short scale ship battle that seemed to be emerging planetside.

"All Imperial ships remain on standby until the word is given from the higher-ups to disembark and engage," Theodore commanded, his words being transmitted and received fleet-wide as the rest of the task force pulled in.

".. we suggest you stay in a tight defensive formation around us for now."

He reluctantly let go of the mic, turning to face the rest of his cadre, many of whom were fresh-faced from the Imperial Academy and hadn't seen a lick of true battle. He knew their types, young and willing to prove with all the vigours of youth. Yet many were products of nepotism, a lingering curse of the Coruscanti nobility that seemed to infect even the Imperial military in some way. Not that it was any different back on Galidraan. He knew as well as any that by the end of the decade, most would either die on a filth-ridden planet far from home or survive to become real soldiers. Such was the meat grinder of the Imperial military.

The satisfaction of seeing the Gen’dai reeling from the blow was enough to tug slightly at the corners of Aeneis’ mouth. A smile that sadly the Gen’dai couldn’t see, a taunting one. The Gen’dai may not have realized it yet, but they were in Aeneis’ domain. While he’d only recently begun his journey into the force he didn’t fight like a Force User. No, instead that training simply folded over into the soldier that he was at his core. From the bottom of his heart Aeneis was a warrior. Each step calculated, every action evaluated so when the Gen’dai retaliated the Arkanian was ready to react.

On the back of Aeneis’ right hand two small miniature rods rose from a hidden compartment both glowing blue with energy as electrical currents coursed over them. The HUD of the Corellian’s armor guiding his aim at the two chunks of rubble that came rocketing through the air towards him. Then he fired, the first shot rocketing off to slam into one of the hunks of duracrete. It detonated lightning cascading out, debris filling the air as pebbles fell to the ground and Corellian below. The second slug followed its brother yet met the second of the makeshift explosives too late. The detonation exploded outwards attempting to consume the Lieutenant. Arcs of lightning seeking to fry him within the confines of his armor.

Instead, they met the Zeidrich shield that activated. The lightning dispersing harmlessly across the shield's surface before it winked from existence. The HUD blared warning alerting Aeneis that the shield system had gone down and needed to recharge. That was a bit too close. He thought, teeth biting on his lower lip. This was one of the few Force Users that Aeneis had battled, and was obviously of a higher caliber than the acolytes and apprentices he’d fought. It meant that there could be no games.

Drawing ever-closer to Scour, Aeneis fired the repulsors built into his boots as he leaped at the individual. What had once been the ground, became the sky for Aeneis as during the jump he flipped in the air, over the Gen’dai’s head. If the creature looked up what they’d see is the barrel of the shocktroopers rifle. Instead of being the anti-matter rounds this time it was cryogenic ones. Not limited to single shots with the cryo rounds the rifle would continuously bark while firing rounds that raced towards the pirate in an attempt to freeze the exposed nerve endings and muscle to slow the monster's regenerative abilities. Tucking in his legs, and twisting in the air Aeneis would come down on the other side in a crouch the rifle raising once more.

What precision. No really it was! A tad savage but Saverok liked it. It seemed the female had a wild side and now the Gen'dai was slightly hard pressed to see what it was like. "Gah. Haha." Words of gibberish escaped under what looked like a breath. An armored hand dropped to the ground with a thud. The was excruciating pain dampened by far too many battles and years of what could of been considered suicidal conditions. This was a mere flesh wound. Moving forward Saverok suddenly halted. It seemed the Kel Dor wanted another beating.

Reeling in what was left of his off hand with a blurr of speed the entanglement of corded muscle swept the floor seeking to make contact with [member="Romi Jade"]'s feet. With any luck it would knock her over or just give him that much more of an edge. The mass of tentacles wrapped around his Lightpike in the rough shape of a hand. What came next was what the Gen'dai knew as defensive fighting. With a squint his arms motioned in small and swift movement to bat the slashes away from his body mass. Strategically using the phrik of his pike shaft instead of his Lava crystal blade. His defense was not perfect, even now Saverok was marked across his vong armor and flesh. All he needed was " Mmm. Ahh. Gah. Ahh!" The heat of a green blade pressed lightly against one of the gaps in his armor causing his eyes to widen. Shoving his weight forward Saverok let the blade press into his stomach region. The muscle, nerve and flesh regenerating so fast the plasma blade of the lightsaber would be stuck in place. The Gen'dai took off full force and speed in a forward charge taking advantage of his regenerative biology, speed and strength. Saverok sought to off balance the Kel dor briefly by removing his footing and then pinning him against his body.

With lightning like reflexes his hulking arms fell in back of the Kel Dor [member="Kian Karr"]. Hands gripped tight around the Lightpikes phrik shaft the monster pulled it inward towards himself at a horizontal angle. This would lessen the Jedis chance of easily escaping. If Saverok had his way the Kel Dor jedi would be caught in his grasp and crushed in till the air was forced out of his lungs. " You old fool. My son once told be you and him had a brawl. You ran like little schutta coward. Today I wont let that happen, Kian." Pain gripped his voice as he swallowed it all. How a being could

" I thought Jedi were powerful." he cockily mocked them both. Saverok was not stupid. He knew what they would try.

It was not going to happen this time.

Scour gave no notice of satisfaction when the explosions rang true over the Arkanians form. Often things were never that easy and a part of the Gen'dai knew this encounter was going to be the same. Or maybe he hoped it would be. Even after the explosions erupted it over the humanoid, his heart beat could still be felt as Scours own. This was not over. Smoke, ash and debris littered the skies like hobos and scavengers on Coruscants lower levels. Snorting to himself Scour continued to charge after observing the soldier had some sort of energy shield equipped into his armor. " I guess this will go the old fashioned way."

Focused eyes honed in on the troopers rather sluggish movements through Scours enhanced perception. Naturally the Gen'dai were able to keep up with that of Jedi knights with relative ease. What could a runt do? The corded mass of muscles densely held together primed to strike. By this time the arm he had lost earlier had already been healed enough to use.

When the soldier went airborn the Gen'dai captains body held strong making sure not to move to early. Through the eyes of a regular humanoid his position suggested he was either dumb founded or eagerly waiting. It was the latter. As the barrel of the rifle was raised mid air Scours eyes squinted and the tooth grin that could be seen across his black tattooed skin vanished into pure focus. His eyes met where [member="Aeneis Valdemar"]'s eyes were estimated to be in a stare before reacting perfectly. Shifting his weight and exploding upward in massive leap. Scour time his counter attack with precision. The sting of cryogenics exploding across the metal of his sword and into his right hand was rather annoying but the movement had shifted the barrel away to the Gen'dais left side. The tentacles of muscle and nerves wrapped and latched to upper right portion of his torso. Near the collar bone. Holding [member="Aeneis Valdemar"] with iron grip to heave him down toward the ground. Scours left hand. If the average Gen'dai could man handle a speeder charging at them, Then what could the soldiers suit have to stop this? Scours mind was already a step ahead. Extra force was exerted in case the humanoid sought to play with his repulsor tech more. With a twist to his left and sliding his back his left leg, the Gen'dai jerked the soldier in his grasp with a whipping like movement hoping the force would be enough to break his neck....If not then being thrown across a field of debris and toward ruined city might do the trick.

" You move slow."

In the air Aeneis was defenseless against the massive behemoth, there was nothing he could truly do to stop Scour from grabbing him. Within the confines of the armor, Aeneis saw his HUD flare, points of contact between himself and the Gen’dai lighting up around his collar area. Thankfully the suit was sealed and as the earth rose up to greet him Aeneis braced himself. Many people went stiff when colliding with something, the key was to go limp it would save your body from a majority of the trauma it would suffer. As hard as it was Aeneis let go, easing his muscles and on impact with the ground bits of stone came free, dust kicking into the air.

The impact rattled the soldier within his armor, but the thing was many armors had been developed to take full on explosive impacts far beyond being slammed into the ground with the users surviving. Let alone armor like Respechel that fed on kinetic force and other forms of energy. The myomer apart of the armor dampened the effects on Aeneis’ body overall but even within he felt the beginning of a pain in the center of his back. The Arkanian just knew that it was going to turn into a large bruise the next day.

Within the armor, systems blared warnings of damage, the Valkyrie system assessing damage to the Lieutenant’s body preparing to inject stims and tend to his body if things got too bad. For now they hadn’t. Showing the points of contact where Scour clung onto his collarbone Aeneis activated the special trick within the armor. One that anyone outside of those who worked on it wouldn’t know about. All the kinetic force, and energy that had been absorbed into the armor was then channeled through the Nihil smokestone activating its features that then sent signals to the Key and Soularian crystals within the armor. From there a force would be released from Aenis’ armor lashing out in a shockwave to break the Gen’dai’s grip on his body before he could whip him around and fling him.

From the knuckles of both hands the two remaining Vajra on Aeneis’ right hand fired, while all four of the unspent ones on his left knuckle did the same. Gen’dai may have fast reflexes but the miniature rods were propelled at extreme speeds by railgun technology. In the soldier’s mind, no one would be able to stop them in such a short time especially where Aeneis was aiming. The arm that had just been holding him, point blank range.

Kian was taken by surprise by the words of the hulking enemy. It seemed Kian was correct in feeling a familiarity with the warrior before him. His son. Kian considered the words for a moment....but only a moment. He had more pressing - quite literally - matters to attend to. Kian's blade seemed to stick within the rejuvenating muscles of the beast before him, never having experienced a lightsaber blade reacting as such, Kian didn't have many options. Kian was all to aware of his close proximity to the Gen'dai and he could feel the movements of the creature bringing his weapon around behind him to trap him in position.

Kian thumbed the activation switch on his lightsaber, deactivating the blade and freeing it from the twisting, healing muscles. One problem down. The other was going to be a bit more difficult. Kian could go down, but that would put him directly in the path of the powerful legs and Kian would rather not turn his ribs into dust. Instead, Kian threw the force into a jump, shooting himself straight up into the air and kicking out with his foot to push himself off the Gen'dai's chest and back over the pike. As Kian did this, he reactivated his lightsaber and brought it up defensively as he landed.

Beneath Kian's mask, a smile formed. In any battle the most important weapon an opponent could have was information and he had revealed information to Kian when he confirmed that he knew his son. Kian had struggled dearly in his fight against the son of this Gen'dai and had, in fact, fled the battle after his objective was complete. But Kian had succeeded in wounding the Gen'dai then....not physically - but mentally. Kian focused his mind, creating a telepathic spear and drove it forward. Typically Kian would rely on smooth, probings telepathic attacks. This was nothing of the sort. Kian went for power and brute telepathic strength instead of finesse. He did not know if it would work - it could be that the father did not have the same weaknesses of the son - but it was a chance Kian was willing to take.

The lit cigar between his fingers had lost about a quarter of its mass when the Avenger finally left hyperspace, appearing in the blink of an eye next to the Imperial forces that had already amassed in the Prakith system. A small division of ships from the 2nd "Open Circle" Systems Fleet had already arrived from Tython to supplement the fleet of one General Royce-Clarke. Although Tanomas rarely took an interest in those that inhabited the upper echelons of the military, the name had struck him as familiar and prompted him to do a bit of digging until he remembered the man from the liberation of Obroa-Skai.

The very idea of a Galidraani nobleman supporting his cause must have been making a certain straightlaced grand moff roll in her grave, the thought of which causing Tanomas to chuckle quietly to himself. Oh had he hated that woman most of the time, only really putting up with her when she was signing his paychecks or thawing him from a block of ice. It was such a shame that she perished fighting back against a bunch of irritated lizards, trying to save the only planet his former government had actually bothered to build infrastructure on over in the Outer Rim.

He put those thoughts into the back of his mind once he noticed a grey-uniformed officer standing patiently in his peripherals, the chancellor turning to accommodate his presence. "Sir, we have tuned into the general's frequency and established fleet-wide communications." Captain Tynblade stated, his arms crossed behind his back, "Com-scan details several Corellian naval vessels, including one well-armed battlecruiser; along with that, several dozen disorganized groups of raiders among Prakith's gravity well and on the surface."

Tanomas turned back to gaze outward toward the battle currently unravelling, all the while their pristine ships sat back and watched from a distance. "Reaffirm that no ship is to engage the enemy unless attacked, we will be beginning combat operations shortly under my personal direction." Graf commanded, stepping forward to thumb a switch on the nearby console, "General Clarke, I am taking command of this task force with you as my executive officer. Prepare maneuvers and firing solutions to engage the marauders."

Not waiting for a response, Tanomas pressed a few more buttons and opened a new frequency. "This is Chancellor Tanomas Graf of the Imperial Confederation, speaking to Corellian naval forces. We are making our intentions to rid Prakith of the pirate threat known before engaging, and are hereby extending an offer of temporary collaboration to you." He announced, pausing to puff his cigar, "Upon your acceptance, an inter-fleet frequency will try to be established to reduce the possibility of friendly fire."

It'd work.

Maybe.

Romi did not take any time to study her target or be certain of her next strike. She moved from a standing start with surprising speed, falling into a wide stride and cover as much ground as she could.

Ehhuh!

There was a sudden opposing force -- tugging on her leg.

Saverok said:
Reeling in what was left of his off hand with a blurr of speed the entanglement of corded muscle swept the floor seeking to make contact with Romi Jade's feet. With any luck it would knock her over or just give him that much more of an edge.
She was yanked back, and thrown off balance. The Gen'Dai's hand flicked and Romi found herself tumbling across the floor sideways. She slammed down and rolled twice before she could finally bring herself to a stop. Spinning her right leg over and around her body, she forced herself up. Rolling down onto her right hip, she came around slashing wide and level with her orange lightsaber shoto to sever herself from the muscled entanglement. Soon turned a one-handed cartwheel to pick herself back up.

Her blade came up in a guard high by her right ear.

She'd activated her weapons secondary incendiary feature that leaves plasma fire that'll continue to burn; something made and incorporated specifically for organics with extreme regenerative abilities -- she was happy she had it with her this time.

Whipping around, she could feel the pressure building between Kian and the Gen'Dai. Master Karr was working on something...

Hmm...

A few seconds passed as she hurried to build a plan for distraction, in the time following she'd telekinetically manipulated her lightsaber after launching it through the air at her intended target: Saverok.

The tension thickened within the hangar bay. So much so that is could be seen on Saveroks facial expression now. Within his own body Saverok could feel the change. It was small but painfully growing. Like a splinter in the minds eye. As the green hued blade shut off briefly revealing a hole in the Gen'dais chest for a mili-second before the wounded healed. Astonishing. A twist of pain pulsed throughout a body of muscle and nerve in a spike. It was the yorrik coral. It was beginning to fester and grow once again. In the past this had happened in agonizing episodes and of all the times to have one. In the middle of combat was a fitting scene to have one.

Saverok spat out a series of curses!
Saliva infused with bits of bone like materials made contact with the floor. It was just a start. Coughs, hacking and finally vomit. The session was so violent that his guard was dropped out of bodily reflex. His thoughts and focus on keeping back the soon coming pains that could cripple him. It pissed him off to no end.

Kian Karr said:

Despite watching the Kel Dor manage to flip over his large body, Saverok could do little to react against it. If it had not been for the yorrik coral growth within the Jedi would of been snatched from out of the air and ripped into two separate parts to paint the hangar bay floor and walls. But that never happened. Instead disease and infection had struck. With a now sickly shade and grim expression apon his face Saverok tilted his head up and to the side keep one eye on Kian and the other on Romi Jade.

Apparently the female had gotten free.

The hum and flash of her lightsaber could not only be partially seen in his sight but also felt as if it was apart of his own body. Little did he know it soon would be. Giving the attacking female his full attention. The Gen'dai turned facing her incoming attack. His massive arms twisting and spinning his Lightpike as it positioned itself directly near his head as if to be thrown like a javelin. Faster than sound his target was found and the massive lightpike was hurled with blinding speed. Leaving only a glowing orange and yellow trail of lava like plasma through the air.

As soon as the pike left his grasp, it hit him. Ironic. He had thrown a spear at a Jedi just as a "spear" was thrown mentally at him. The Kel Dors will and persistence had paid off. Grasping his head with both hands as if to cover his ears from a extremely loud sound Saverok screamed and jerked his body about in a stumble like movement. The mixture of his diseased condition, a mental attack and a sudden lightsaber plunged into his exposed muscled arm was enough to expel the built up twisted darkside energy he had be letting grow over the duration of the fight.

Wisps of sinister sparks crackled across his form. A physical manifestation. They surged to his throat.
Ramping up with each second the Gen'dais pain and negative emotions festered. Finally a scream erupted surging out from the Gen'dais voice in a rippling shockwave. Force Scream. It rode the on the currents of the force and the very air itself. Crates, cages, transport vessels and the crashed jedi starfighters cried out as the materials that they consisted of thrashed against the hangar wall with a loud BANG! The shock wave was involuntarily released in all directions via pulses of corrupted energy.

Right arm igniting into super heated plasma like flames Saveroks screams of agony did not seem to stop and due to the healing factor of a Gen'dai it seemed the spread of the plasma flames were slower than normal.

No doubt twice as painful though. Every fiber and nerve ached for relief.

Captain Scour

Oh how it felt to grasp life itself and know that it would dwell in your hands. A ant in the hand of a giant. So to was this peasant of a soldier to the likes of Scour. He was good, but good did not cut it. The pirate captain loosened his squint, his sinister smile had returned and a spike in his arrogance increased.

This was going to be fun...Or so he thought. Rarely does one escape death.

The soldiers heartbeat was still consistent even after a tight grip and violent shake, but that was not all. Something else was building. It had only just begun when, it happened.

Aeneis Valdemar said:
Though his perception and reflexes were superior to most species in the galaxy. The Gen'dai was caught completely off guard. Like a power hammer it crashed into his body in the form of a wave. Bringing truama over each muscle fiber and nerve ending in a split second of pure concussive energy. That was all he felt before the blast tore through everything that Scour was. First his hand. Reduced to the equivalent of fleshy gibs of meat to be splattered apart and separated. Like Tuk'ata sorting out its prey. Next came Scours torso. It was inevitable, the pain that he knew would come his way. The sound of muscle stretching could be heard aloud! Letting his body grow in size rapidly along with the wave of energy released. He grew taller by and wider drastically, when he started he was standing 7 feet 3 inches. Now he was to be 8 feet 5 inches! A true display of mastery over his biology. Physically pushed back with the slide of force. Scour winced in pain physically bracing himself at the force of the attack by shielding his arms. *Rrrriiiipppp!* physically torn in half the Gen'dai grunted as his upper section went slightly further in distance from his lower half. It seemed the tuk'ata did find its prey....

Did I hit myself? He questioned in his mind.

And it was not over and it worked out great as it could get!

Aeneis Valdemar said:
From the knuckles of both hands the two remaining Vajra on Aeneis’ right hand fired, while all four of the unspent ones on his left knuckle did the same. Gen’dai may have fast reflexes but the miniature rods were propelled at extreme speeds by railgun technology. In the soldier’s mind, no one would be able to stop them in such a short time especially where Aeneis was aiming. The arm that had just been holding him, point blank range.

There was no time to react to railgun tech at close range. Especially if Scour was unaware of it. Lucky for him he was not entirely whole at the current moment. The barrage of stun rods found their marks across a wide and now separated form after they were quickly unleashed. Due to the now larger and wider figure of Scour torn asunder the stun rods did not quite have the desired effect. One can imagine. A simple in-capitation would be nice. Instead with half the rods in Scours lower body and the other half in his upper the large body parts would fall to the ruinous ground by gravity's cruel hand in a catatonic state.. for now. Set in a temporary catatonic state, Scour was still conscious!

As soon as he hit the ground, his inner psyche was already prepared. Well both parts of him. Still feeling his environment if it was his own body and staring blankly at the rifle that [member="Aeneis Valdemar"] held. Granted with a sideways glance due to his angle. The Captain of the Ten Thousand Fists forced a smirk on his visage before commanding the mystical energies that be in the universe to violently and spontaneously combust in a explosion of fire and flame.

As to where would this occur!? In the firing chamber of the VAARS Rifle. Where else!

He’d done it, he’d actually done it. Aeneis stood triumvirate over the Gen’dai captain. Blood painted the area surrounding him and Scour, thankfully not the soldier’s but the alien that now laid upon the ground stunned. Pride swelled within Aeneis’ chest, he was one step closer to avenging the fallen shocktroopers, now all that was left was to finish the task. Despite winning, or believing he won Aeneis still felt a grand sense of dread. A sudden sense of nausea overtook him, the hair on his body raising and his scalp tingling. The warnings of the force, but from what danger?

Out of the corner of his eye Aeneis saw the yellow and orange glow of his rifle growing more incandescent by the moment. If it wasn’t for the inborn ability of the Arkanian’s being able to see into the Infrared spectrum the soldier would’ve never known. Still there was nothing he could do, he couldn’t react fast enough so the weapon imploded in his hand. Flames and bits of ice from the cryogenic rounds reached out to engulf Aenis’ arm and right side.

A mixture of heat and slight bits of frost engulfed Aeneis’ right side, the Corellian lifted off his feet and flung backwards to the duracrete. No matter how much his armor could absorb it wasn’t prepared for such a detonation. The planet of Prakith spun all around Aeneis as his mind tried to piece together what had just happened. Darkness swam at the edges of his vision before being dyed crimson. The sting of the ichor making him want to shut his eyes. Even more than this was the sensation of agony that dominated his right side. The helmet Aeneis wore was missing the lower part of the chin, a stream of vital fluid cascading down his armor.

The Valkyrie systems within Respechel worked overtime, all its work apparent on the HUD warnings plastered across his vision. Aeneis was aware of what had happened without even having to look, his armor had delivered the bad news, from the elbow down his right arm was missing. Viscera from the limb splattered across Aeneis’ torso. The wound filled with foam to keep the Corellian from bleeding out on the battlefield.

Stims and adrenals were slowly being pumped into his very being by the recovery systems to keep him from collapsing and keep the man from falling into shock. That infernal furnace considered Aeneis’ heart came to life with an immense flame, an all consuming hatred. His teeth clamping down, the muscles in his jaw growing taut.

Glancing over to the fallen Gen’dai, Aeneis knew he couldn’t kill the alien without his rifle, the one that was in pieces. What he could do was make their existence pain. Activating the Vajra in his HUD Aeneis manipulated the magnetic fields on the Gen’dai body. Usually the rods were meant to effect technology, instead what many forgot was the brain itself emitted a similar field. Through that Aeneis simply turned it off to send Scour into unconsciousness.

“I won’t be able to send you to hell now, but this is close enough.” With that Aeneis reached out with his own mind triggering the Key and Seoularian crystals. From his armor a shockwave lashed out to plow into the Gen’dai and finish the job of shredding the giant’s form. The shockwave beyond the one from earlier, empowered by the explosion that took Aeneis’ arm.

As Kian's telepathic attack struck home, another stray memory from his last fight with a Gen'dai struck him. The last time he'd successfully landed a telepathic strike, it had had the beneficial effect of wounding and leaving his opponent open. However, it had also fueled a rage the likes of which Kian, even in his duties hunting Sith, had only rarely experienced. It was that rage that overwhelmed Kian. It was oppressive and suffocating as it rose in the behemoth like a tidal wave building just off shore. Kian reeled from the sickening touch of the darkside.

So overwhelming was the darkness, that Kian did not get his defenses up in time to block the full force of the attack. Kian's body was wracked by the Force Scream - the sudden transition from nausea to screaming chaos throwing his body physically back. Kian raised his defenses as best he could and he did manage to buffer some of the attack. However, Kian was forced to shut down the telepathic attack in order to raise his defenses. In some ways he felt releaved to be evacuating such a distraught mind - but it also meant one of the attacks that had been successful was being aborted. Kian only hoped that his attack had raised an opening for Master Jade.

This thought, however, was quickly pushed from his mind as Kian collided with the crate behind him. His defense stopped the worst of the blow, but the sudden shift in inertia was impossible to fully protect from. Kian felt fire in his side and he knew the feeling all to well. He'd certainly broken at least one rib. Kian rose to his feet, feeling a new pain in his left knee - but nothing that would slow him down too much....at least for now. Kian was finally able to focus on the attack again - and it seemed Master Jade had had some success.

Not wanting to lose the advantage, if they in fact had it, Kian lifted his arm, grabbing the another small, but heavy, crate in the force. The crate lifted into the air and Kian turned his hand over, causing the metal box to begin to spin. After a few seconds it had picked up considerable speed and Kian shoved his arm forward, sending the box hurling toward the side of the Gen'dai.
