Friends in low places.

She would lean back against the wall and study Echo for a few long moments before finally speaking."What I tell you stays between you and I.. Alright? No telling your master.." She would place her hands on her lap and debate on how to tell her."I have a condition.. That is the easiest way to put it.. "

"Let's talk about something else. I don't need your master stumbling on us and hearing this. He has a habit of being in weird places at weird times. That and you really should be resting . Come let's get you back to the med bay Echo."That said, she would rise and offer her hand to the female, waiting to see if she would take it or not.

Echo would stand along with her and except her hand. Her hand felt warm and soft. It was probably just because echos were clammy. As she waited to be lead she thought about how she had been picked on and bullied as a kid because of her lack of eyes she was called a freak and a weirdo

Damien watched them leave, continuing his grumbling. The amount of alcohol in his system could likely kill a bantha, but he was a great drinker... being a Master force user might also help. As it was, he was just drunk enough that he rethunk his plans from earlier...

Lifting a hand, he made his hand to look like a gun, then said, "Bang." And 'brought the hammer down'. Instantly a pressure like a capital ships cannon fire hit the opposite wall, tearing a hole from floor to ceiling. The shot continued for several more hallways before dieing down...

Not to mention the pressure bumped Damien just ever so slightly...

Then he fell to his butt. "Oops." He slurred. Than laughed aloud.

He decided to continue destroying things. When he was done, Echo was going to get a talking to.

She came back and just looked at him, shaking her head in disgust she moved and picked up a bucket before moving to fill it with ice water. Returning to him, she dumped it on him, fire in her eyes."ARE YOU KARKING KIDDING ME DAMIEN?This is the leader of the Sith Empire?A drunk drowned rat?"She actually rose her voice at him."Straighten the hell up. Come find me after you talk to Echo if I'm still here.."Her voice was laced with venom. She hated drunks. Giving him one last final look, she left him with Echo before simply walking away.

It took the breadth of a second, hardly enough time for her to reach the door, when the alcoholic throb was gone, purified by the Force. Rising to his feet he called out, "It was this or be utterly infuriated with Echo! She chose to ignore the fact she had a Master, to chase a woman no one knows anything about!"

But just mentioning the situation once more snapped the real anger out of him. Eyes glowing lavender, he channeled all of the energy he possessed, combined with a lot from his bound spirits, tilted his head back...

Then with an angered roar, he exploded outward, decimating the area around them. With so much rage the Force was impeccible. Yet he made absolutely sure that not a single portion of danger came to his wife nor his nearby apprentice.

Finished, Damien dropped to his knees, wobbling in place due to utter exhaustion. He mumbled to himself, "I don't know what to do. For the first time in my life, I have been at a loss... no one can truly advise... I choose you, but kark up everything every turn...

"I..." Weaving a bit more heavily in space, his voice dropped even more, "What do I do...? Nothing...is...working..." with that and one final sigh, he slumped forward unconscious.

Echo had no idea what to do as her master hit the ground. She sat down and put her head in her hands as she had always done when she felt she had done wrong. She had gotten training from another yes but he was still her master no matter what

"If one thing doesn't kill me.. Worrying about you might.." She let him have his anger he deserved that. So she waited until he fell unconscious before moving to him. Dropping down beside him, she pulled his head into her lap and then leaned down to his ear, her lips moving slowly yet precisely." She is your apprentice. You have a right to be angry. But, she is an apprentice for a reason Damien. If is your job to teach her what is right or wrong. Instead of being angry and ruled by that anger talk to her. " She would sign softly, before showing him with enough force that it would wake him up."Do not act how they expect to you My love. Give them a run for their money. Make them expect the unexpected." She would brush his hair from his face and plant a soft kiss on his cheek. "Be a teacher, not someone she comes to fear but someone she learns to respect.." With that said, she would rest her head on his, taking comfort in his nearness yet offering it at the same time.

Damien sighed, defeated, yet seeing the logic in the words of the woman he loves. After a long moment of them sitting that way, he called, "Echo. Come here." There was no anger, no sadness even. But there was also command. Pure and simple. She was to come to him. No other options.

Refusing to move his head from his wife's lap, he looked upward to Echo, "This is it. You are my apprentice. None else. If you wish to have a teacher, request it, I will decide then. Other wise you follow me, or leave." Giving her a moment to think, he then asked, "What will it be?"

Rising quietly with no words said , a soft caress of his cheek was given before she simply left what remained of the room and continued walking until she was far enough away so that they would have privacy. Rubbing the back of her neck, she would keep walking the sudden desire to be away from the mess taking over her. He and his apprentice needed time and so she would give him that. She had things she needed to do.. Like return home to Dathomir. Her mind made up, she would head to where she had felt drawn to. This particular moment, she needed to drink to drown out certain thoughts and images.
