“Anytime.” Kana nodded. “It’s been great, but we should get back to the ship.”
Her attention went back to Corvus. She didn’t need the force to know that something was wrong. There were benefits to prolonged exposure to friends that went beyond the mere satiation of socialization. Kana may not have been able to pinpoint exactly what it was, in fact she had no idea, but something was wrong and she knew it.
“After you.” Kana spoke to Kian before turning back to Corvus, quietly. “What’s up, Corvus?”
