Evard L'Rik
Got Lightning Running Through my Veins
Evard raised an eyebrow, but said nothing at first. He lowered the landing ramp, and gently set down Sybi'ta's lightsaber on a table just inside the ship, in a room that was basically his living room. He finally sat down, and sighed.
"I did not feel truly angry until I saw the remains of the planet before me. The ship I was on had emerged from the dig site like a turtle from its shell, and I, or rather the Sith inside me, turned its guns upon the city nearby. Then, finally, he decided that I would be the weapon to destroy his prison. And I was. The whole planet was recognizable as what it once was, but it looked like some kind of burnt crumb, with pieces of it falling off into space."
He opened a beer that was on the table next to him, and grimaced.
"And I can never make peace with it, or I will die. And probably kill everybody on the planet around me."
