PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

Often just a face int he crowd, you notice her but don't remember her. She doesn't dress fancy just plain everyday clothing usually greens or browns neutral shades easy to blur over time in memory. Her eyes a light blue but you swear when she gets angry they flash a fiery orange color. She let's her hair loose rarely tying it back or doing anything noticeable with it but it is well kept. Her stance seems rigid almost military like, and she always seems to have unbearable slight smile on her face in passing.

Just barely above average height for a human female, her skin is fair to pale but she doesn't seem to burn in the sun. Even in the dead of winter or sweltering heat of summer the temperature doesn't seem to bother her. Her eyes which you swore you saw change color seem to be hiding some pain of a past she would rather forget, along with that slight hint of alcohol on her breath. Something in her is broken in the Unremarkable Beauty you saw int he street that day but your memory of her fades.

PERSONALITY

A little mysterious mostly cause she doesn't like to talk about where she she came from or anything to personal. It also has the benefit of people not finding out who she really is when she does spy work. She knows allot on wide variety of topics making it hard to pin down where her real interest lay. All of this makes her protective of who the real Gen is and what she values most. Most people would assume she is greed driven as she goes where she thinks the credits will flow for her as a mercenary and spy. Though it's more she doesn't like to stay in one place to long feeling she might grow to attached and the money helps her move around.

She leads a very structure and ordered life like that of a military person and comes off as serious to the point it can off cold and uncaring at times. Again it's a way for her to hide behind a mask to cover the pain of her past. One thing that she doesn't hide very well is her drinking and Gambling Habits, it seems to be the only real thing most know about her. On occasion she delves into other addictions but her mainstays are alcohol and gambling.

She is also very meticulous about knowing the laws and culture of where ever she is and trying to follow the customs as closely as she can. Though her morality is actually very grey, about the only things she is truly against is cruelty to children and slavery. She has a lot of contacts and associates in the criminal world and even has dabbled in smuggling and piracy.

She also has a notable Rebellious streak in her that gets her in a trouble from time to time. She can be impulsive if she sees a wrong she feels needs to be correct, often with a well thought out plan or care for the consequences. It can be a very destructive at times and the consequences grave.

BELIEFS

Gen has strong belief for the natural order, in that she doesn't think people should condemn themselves to cities or industry. It isn't that she hates these things or openly protests them it more she thinks they are unnatural. She prefers nature and the outdoors over claustrophobic cities and would rather be out in the wild if she can be.

Though not a fan of war it pays well and that works for her. Though she does hate how destructive it can be towards nature.

She is very anti-slavery to point this is one thing she will condemn openly and will rarely work alongside slavers. She is not above cold bloodily killing those who endorse slavery. It is also one of the things she hates most about Dathomir is there openness to enslaving people.

Though she hides it she does have a strong tie to Dathomir customs and beliefs though she practices them in secret.

Other then slavery and a few other things she has a very due as thou whilst belief system on a personal level. She only takes down criminals or hunts scum if she is paid to do it unless said criminal did something she doesn't like like slavery then she might ruin there day just for fun.

Like a lot of people in her family she believes there is an endless cycle the Galaxy or reality is stuck in but doesn't think it can be stopped only changed to have a better outcomes.

STRENGTHS

It might very well be genetic given her family history the need not to be chained down or forced to be how someone wants them to be. Deceptive - Gen lies about who she is and where she comes from, partly from shame of her past and partly because it protects her and those she cares about. It is hard to get to know her, she has a dark and strange past. Her family has a legacy of darkness behind it she rather people not know. She also has talents in the force she doesn't want people to try to exploit so things are better left behind a shield of lies.

HISTORY

The Future That Never Was

Genesis was born was conceived on the planet Millinar In the mystical springs of that world in a Galaxy that was dying. The daughter of pirate witches that once had been Jedi and sith before that. She didn't remember much of them as they died when she was very young, though she grew up learning tales of her mother Cord Starfall Cord Starfall . She was raised by family on Dathomir one of the last bastions of safety in the time she was born. She was taught the ways of her people and the magicks of the witches. She grew up partial hidden from the truth that Galaxy was dying and one day the invaders that sought to destroy it would come for Dathomir.

It wasn't until she was around sixteen, she was told the truth, and it was in the last dying moments of Dathomir. The story was that sometime ago on the planet Pelgrin a temple had been erected by a Jedi who sought to destroy the darkside opened a portal to another dimension on accident. From that dimension came horrible eldritch creatures' hell bent on destroying this Galaxy and universe. They destroyed worlds, killed anyone one they came across, and left very little behind.

She had also been told that her own grandmother Tegan Starfall Tegan Starfall had been responsible, in that the Jedi who sought to destroy the darksides ritual had been corrupted by her. The Jedi unaware of what they were about to do, help a mad woman destroy this universe and bring about entropy and then the endless darkness. In the dying moments of Dathomir she finally knew the truth but seers of the clans that had all now united into one Clan the great clan gave her a task. Coruscant still stood though decimated of life, and that she and her cousin sade where to go there and seek out an object that might help them change the past.

The Orb of Passage was said to be able to carry people back in time and that the Jedi Mace Windu once used to see a specific event in the past. So, Gen and her cousin set out for Coruscant as the Dathomir was obliterated by unimaginable horrors. When they arrived, they found a planet city that was devoid of almost all life. A ruin of what had been the shining jewel of the Core. Gen and Sade made their way too to the temple and found a way in. Having to fight through droids and security systems they were battered and bruised but managed to make it to the artifact vault with in.

Inside they found the Orb of Passage, Sade went to grab the object but Gen felt an unease as she was about to grab for it and tried to stop her. They were to get the object and take it to some sect on gand if Dathomir was lost. However, Gen grabbing Sade's arm just as she touched the object the two were transported back in time to a point before the happening on Pelgrin.

The Future forever Changed

Just by stepping foot int he past their future was erased and yet both Sade and Gen remained. Sade landed on Pelgrin as the temple was just starting to get built and she slaughtered all the jedi there catching them off guard. Gen however landed on Dathomir with the Orb of Passage, not sure what to do she buried the Orb of Passage on Dathomir and went out to figure out what exactly happened.

She found all her dead family alive though none of them knew who she was, though she proved to them she was a witch of Dathomir. She became a member of the Howling Crags clan her families clan though they were unaware at the time she was related to them. She saw her aunt Ryn Starfall Ryn Starfall the mother of Sade, and even for a time her grandmother Tegan Starfall Tegan Starfall before she was exiled.

Though she never saw her parents, before outside governments started to encroach on Dathomir's sovereignty some clans and coven fled as war broke out and there was no sign of victory insight. Gen saw her world falling apart. She wanted to protect them and fight for Dathomir but like most she eventually fled but she did not follow them to their new homes. Instead, she went out into the Galaxy to find her place in it.

At first, she was naive and a little innocent telling people who she was and where she was from. It led to some good interactions and not so great ones where people tried to take advantage of her. She made friends and even enemies. Though something strange happened on one occurrence she saw her parents together aboard a sea ship of all things the moment when her mother threw her sabers in the sea, she had been told about and gave up on the Jedi path and embraced her Dathomiri roots.

Piracy and Love

Once again, she found herself watching over family as she joined her mother's pirate crew though she never gave them her real name at first. She started out as nothing more than one of a few pilots aboard her mother's pirate space vessel. She learned the life of a pirate and gained connection in the underworld among smugglers, bounty hunters, and various other scum.

She rose through the ranks of her parent's pirate vessel unbeknownst to them that she was their daughter from a future lost. It was well in one of their port she met someone a nomadic Vahla. It started off as a one-night drunken stand, but the Vahla seemed to turn up in the strangest places where she was. It grew into a blossoming love, them meeting up on worlds neither trying to impede on each others chosen paths.

That love grew as did there time together, it was moving closer and closer to a new path for both and Gen to finally be free to make her own path. She awoke one night and went to her parent's pirate ship and told them she was committed to their current job but after it was done she was going to go away with her lover and marry them. One last job and then her new path in life and the dream of a future family in her mind after it was done.

She bid her lover farewell one last time telling them she would return to them and then fate would be whatever they made it. Yet Fate is cruel, and it seldom goes as one plans. Upon that fateful last job, they went to meet up with their contact to find out the details of their job. Yet it was their contact that became the threat of terror, as they met up with the ship of obsidian black.

Gen watched as dread washed over her mother Cords face, and she read those trembling lips that told Gen the story. The mother had come for the daughter, to destroy everything she had built for herself outside her grasp. Cord and crew were pulled into the meeting area of the pirate ship as Cord ordered them to evacuate as what they were about to face was her war not there. The crew protested but she demanded they all leave, not explaining what she was so afraid of.

So, the crew departed but Gen did not, but she pretended to, this was a family matter after all, and she was family even if they didn't know it. She snuck about the pirate ship shadowing her mother unaware the Cord was very well aware of her presence. The two made their way to the bridge when a dark cloaked figure appeared before them.

Figure: "Oh how interesting, I didn't see this outcome." The figure spoke as their dark eyes stared past Cord and at Gen who was trying to stay hidden.

Cord: "Mother you're here for me, not her. Let her leave like she was told to!" Cord looked over her shoulder, her eyes burning orange through that silver and amethyst mask.

Figure: "No." The figure promptly replied. "Let the child come forward, come forward now!"

The voice boomed and echoed in Gen's mind, she couldn't help it her legs moved out of hiding and started to move towards the two woman her mother and grandmother. Fear shuddered through her veins. She wanted to run but she couldn't she was grasped in the claws of the evil she only heard about as a child. Did she know, could she feel it? Yet before she could get any answers her mother Cord ran towards her and shoved her into one of the bridges escape pods. Gen looked in her mother's eyes and she saw concern and a love in those eyes. As the door to the escape pod closed and the ejection lever was pulled all Gen heard, was a voice in her head from Cord.

Cord: "I will always protect my children, even if I know not where you came from, I sensed our connection the day we met my daughter."

With that Gen faded into the abyss of space not knowing what happened next. Unaware the figure had not actually been her grandmother but Mystra Midnight Mystra Midnight a clone of her grandmother.

Fear, Panic, and Burden

Gen didn't know how long she was in that escape pod, but she found herself, on a Mandalorian world. A medic watched over her, who told her the news she survived and so did the child growing in her. At first she was in denial thinking that the medic was mistaken, but deep down she knew it was the truth. The news both made her happy and scared, scared for the future of her child. Her grandmother and mother knew who she was a secret she had kept hidden for so long and now the dam was busted wide open. The stories of her grandmother flooded through her mind.

What was she going to do, she didn't know maybe go back to her lover. No, she couldn't it would put their life in danger, for the first time in a long time she felt truly alone. Seh had hidden who she was from those she had loved but never felt alone without them knowing she was near them, and she could live with that. Yet now that was all gone, and she knew she would be hunted. How could she bring a child into a world where she was being hunted.

She stayed with the Mandalorians as she thought about what she was going to do, what her next move would be. She knew though that she couldn't stay here forever, and what of the child. One day in the middle of the night she fled the Mandalorian village, and found passage off the world. She moved from world to world among the Mandalorian territories until the moment she gave birth. The whole time she was planning what she was going to do.

She was a burden to the child's future, she knew it and made the hard choice to give her over to the mandalorians hoping at least with them she would have a normal life, grow up strong, and safe from the apocalyptic fate that followed Gen. She wept as she held her baby girl arms, thinking about who she would grow up to be. The future she would never get to see for her daughter. As she handed the girl over to the Mandalorians she wiped the tears from her eyes, it would be the last time she would let anyone see her cry. "May you grow strong Kaila and know I love you." She whispered into her child's ear and kissed her forehead.

With that Genesis Starfall was no more, faded into the night becoming someone new int he Galaxy, always moving from place to place a nomad with no past.

Harding of the Heart

Genesis grew secretive and cold to the world hiding who she was forever more, taking up a role as a mercenary and spy for higher. She worked for various Empires and republics as operative but always eventually vanishing and changing her last name. Her fight was mostly to ensure the future she had come from never happened for her daughter's sake. She only cried in secret when her thoughts dwelled on her daughter. Though drinking the memories and thoughts away helped, she needed to stop her future from ever happening that became her new mission in life, but she needed to keep moving to keep those she thought were hunting her off her back.

Now she finds herself on the doorstep of the Diarchy, a fledgling Empire for a time she will help them until she has to move on again. Just like her mother before her, a weapon for war that no one else was fighting against an apocalyptic future.
