The Universe grew from what Science has shown us, with some input from those Celestials. The Force has been perceived as a God for too long and at the expense of the people. Ever seen a Jedi and Sith work together? Only in desperate times. Those two squabbling children have been at each other's throats for as long as anyone can remember.
