So this is an interesting thing you've got here.

Could you clarify please - is this submission for a single customized GNK droid, or is he making multiples?

Your intent says "droid" but your production says "Minor".

Ok, great. We can work with that.

For an individual PC, the highest production rating for something like this would be Semi-unique, which gives you a limited number to work with.

If you want it to remain at Minor, you will need to find a company that can manufacture them for you as a custom job.

These droids aren't really designed as spy droids, but with creative enough application of their uses, features, and limitations one could certainly use them for such a task. Please go into more detail about how Vee utilizes these droids for spying.

I will also need you to expand a bit on the "feature" that allows them to pick up weaponry. Not only should this feature be added to SPECIAL FEATURES section of the template, but there should be a little more detail about what this feature is. Is it an arm? Magnets? An extendable clamp? Does it allow the droid to manipulate complex objects or just to pick them up and carry/store them?

Ok, we're getting closer.

What does this chip do that allows the droid to "spy" on these areas?

SPECIAL FEATURES

Droid Brain
You will need to add the follow to your special features:

  • Arm Hook attachment for picking up objects.
  • Spy Programming Upgrade Chip

The reason I'm having you list these things here is because these are features that are not typical of a standard GNK Droid, which makes them "Special Features" that set them apart as custom work.

One of these?

http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Inhibitor_chip

The chips were surgically implanted into the brains of every single clone embryo past stage three of development.[1] Normally supposed to prevent clones from being overly independent and aggressive, their true function was initially intended by Sifo-Dyas as a built-in safeguard against control by rogue Jedi or Sith.[2] However, Dooku's covert involvement in the cloning program[3][2][4] ensured that from the very beginning of the Clone Wars, the chips would serve an integral part of the Sith conspiracy to control the clones and guarantee them capable of killing their Jedi Generals in accordance with Order 66.
These chips were designed for clones, not for droids. They also provide nothing useful for spying.

I don't think this is the chip you are looking for.

Did you have something else in mind that is canon? If so, please link it in your submission.
