Oh man - that was almost ME.
Luckily this storm futzed out overnight. We here in mid-eastern PA were supposed to get over a foot, but we ended up with about half that.
Last year we got dumped on though. 2 feet in 2 days. Never again.

Wow...I haven't been brave enough to go outside...I'm also south of Boston, down in Norton.
Luckily my cousin's hubby has a truck with a plow attachment so I do not have to shovel much more than my stairs and a few feet of walkway.

I think maybe I will just go into hibernation until May. I still haven't gone outside.

I had fun shoveling 
It was great exercise, I was properly clothed so I was very cozy and warm, and I would dig small little tunnels underneath the snow and then gently tap the top to watch it all avalanche. There is something therapeutic about causing destruction with little to no effort
