Grey Riders

[Orihime Ike]

She knew the species that was down there and their homeworld was somewhere in the deep core, when it had been attacked they took to the stars so that they would be able to survive hopefully letting sleeper ships head out into the galaxy. Orihime was looking at more of the things so that the jedi themselves should be able to meet with the people down there now that the small call for help had gone over very well. Orihime was looking at some of the others and parts of the reactors that were being worked on so that it could travel and handle the really big parts of going around the galaxy was important. "It looks like we have some people to go and see captain. They'll want to thank you."

 

[Orihime Ike]

He was looking up at her and stood stroking his greying beard with a small look of contemplation. "Are you certain? I am not usually one for getting attention aside from medals for my actions. Usuaully that is all the thanks that comes from it." he said it and she doubted he ever really saw the people he helped just got the information that he had saved x people or this group and that was enough as she tapped his shoulder with a look on her face. "Alright then, lets go and see them or what they can offer. The locals on this planet have always been friendly and they like to present a wonderful time for newcomers." She stayed with it and they were leading the way while the small strange team was looking at them.

She could see some of the things so they would be able to get into the transport that would be taking them down onto the planet. She had been working on many of the things here, some of the locals were setting out a place near a landing pad for them to go on. she also knew they had been working on a few other parts to give them new information. "THank you for this." She was looking at them until they were moving around itself. A few thoughts though were presenting themselves to her when the doors closed. The carapace styled beings with their crab like armor and the head spikes before she was moving to greet them. They were large and imposing with a nod welcoming her.

"Thank you for coming." She could see them and they were like snake crab things but humanoid enough that they could roam around and help out the jedi. Their hive mind was something that seemed to be able to extend across the galaxy compared to many of the things until the being came up. Offering to Orihime a firm handshake and they welcomed with some of the local food. Orihime took some of it and she slurped it getting a look of acceptance as it wasn't rude to slurp. it was just rude not to finish the food before she stood there in the transport as it was leaving. "Hmmm it is delicious you know you have always presented some of the best food."

 

[Orihime Ike]

The local was looking at her and spoke. "Chan, thank you. We welcome the house of Ike here. It has been to long." She knew that her family long ago helped them out and now she was doing it with them as they were going towards one of the villages ont he world. An Aing0Tii outpost on the planet itself that served as a port they could protect. Areas of the world where other ships and large massive mushrooms had grown out of control with flesh eating flora and spores that could be dangerous. "Chan, thank you for this, I know it isn't always easy to get through the rift and come to find you nor is it a welcomed sight when newcomers arrive all of the time."

orihime was looking at more of what they had and presented herself to them. Eating the food, speaking how they spoke and overall she hoped it was going over well as they were there. To look over parts of it and see the aftermath of what they had done above in space. The ship was more then ready and ore then happy to operate as a bulwark while they were here to shield the planet with the stronger and more powerful armored shields they were working on. She knew they would need the fully functional reactor that was going into the different things they had been setting up for themselves. She was looking to work on some of the things until she smiled finishing the food.

"Chan, are you ready to go and see where the larger pieces impacted?" The woman asked her as Orihime gave a nod of her head. Taking in everything about the home they were in and it was a giant stalk for a plant. With wooden panels and shells all over that gave it a very strange feel but when you were inside it was very warm. She saw more of it as the furniture that was around them presented itself as something she could take in and see. The bedding that was the remains of a large shell with webbing and cushion for comfort was different and the secondary shell that could close over it with some exposed areas to provide oxygen that would let them look out and be protected.

She was looking over more of the things there until presented with the door that was more organic and strange. Her host openng it with her hand against the door and she was guessing it was more like the passage pheromones the vong used that would require you to well be part of the species or have the gland that produced them. There was a lot more here but going outside she could see the strange swirls in the air above the world, see the rift itself int he sky as it was visible and all pretty like. The grass here was also like that and tall compared to many of the trees and mushrooms that were massive. Some with one stalk and some with several that showed where some had larger homes.

"Chan these homes, all of them carved into the stalks of the mushrooms and trees. They are so beautiful for what we might be able to see here." She said it with a small smile on her face though before she was looking around. To get to see some more areas of it that they would be able to go and see. Up onthe mountain protruding outwards like a raw wound was the remains of the massive sleeper ship and there were the others. The golden skinned and the ebony skinned beings who served as residents on the planet as they world was poisoned and had been experimented upon. There wasn't much else, she had seen that world, met the different species and they were very strange.

Orihime was looking at more of the places where things were jutting out of the ground and there were crystals before moving with the others here. She wanted to see what they would be able to do. Presenting a couple of the other things until she bypassed presenting the more dangerous hand among all of them. "This is looking a little better thank you. We should be able to clear things out for you if it is needed." There were bits of rock in the mountain as they were walking up to see it. It had brought crystal that hadn't burnt up and some metal she coudln't really tell along wiht the rock but it was mostly gone. The heat burning it up into smaller more manageable pieces.

Orihime stretched her senses out as they were ascending the hill and then she could feel them. Bright and shiny beings in the force itself but more then that they were also very different aura wise before she was moving up the hill to go and meet them. She had met one fo the sleeper ships that had come and worked around Shri-Tal in the zones where there was heavy radiation they thrived and provded a chance to gather and collct safely the isotope five that was produced from the irradiated illerium. "I can feel them, they are somehow different but not quite from the ones on Sri-Tal that have been working with Sasori." She said it while looking over more of the things with a grin.

They arrived up towards the remains of the ship and she could spy them above the ridge. Well one of them, the system they had where the golden skinned ones were the more protective and masculine of the species.... Which said a lot given the majority of the species in fact all of the species looked females just with their voice and their hair length usually denoting it. The golden skinned beings were in the sunlight that shined off of them and their hair that was like a living breathing being of its own held some of the rocks for them to move around. She could see they were working with some weapons like swords and spears but were not ones to use blasters as they worked with the force as well.

She was looking at more of them as they came into view and she could see the others. The black skinned, dark haired females of the species or the female esque ones who were standing around in the black armor until she moved around. She saw them presenting some food they had managed to grow here. They had a number of other things constructed and brought from their ship that had survived. Structures that were for housing and when she got close to the edge of the zone all of them had set up to warn others. She could feel it but there was he shield from her circlet as well to protect herself. "Welcome master jedi, we don't have much out here on the border but we can offer some food."

 

[Orihime Ike]

Orihime was looking at everythign they had, presenting some of it for her when she came taking a small seat on the ground. It was like a picnic and she could se high above them in the air there was a lot of people looking at the massive ship. The shielding of it was there before she went over areas of it. "Thank you." She wanted to see other parts of it, where they had shown off things defending the planet. The massive reactor and a chance they maybe just maybe they would be able to use it. "The hard work that you have been doing hasn't gone unnoticed. i know you have been working to give a lot of new information to all of the people." Looking at more of it until they were starting to eat.

 

[Orihime Ike]

Orhime looked around with all of them before she was speakign with them. "So you have been working better here, we bring news from the other ship on Shri-Tal. They have been working hard to make a home that more could come to if they wished and get off of the world itself. We've managed to establish a large network and connection to them to talk about and discuss the planets you are all on." There were a couple of looks of interest and she listened to one of the golden skinned women speak as she was there with a jug of honey scented alcohol. "That could be of interest there is not a lot of information and talk that comes from the homeworld or other colonies."

Orihime was looking at them and if they could work all of this out then she could see it being well. "Though with all of that we have a great deal to discuss still and there is the new reactor we came here to work on things." She had a few ideas and if they could make an underground reactor here then they would be abel to set all of these up for planets that they needed to work on. It would give the planets they have things on a bigger reserve of power they could draw for to use and empower all of the things on a planet. She would also be able to with a place like this were they could benefit from it and be out of the way get their ideas for how to make it smaller and for a phase two.

She knew a couple more of the things that they were working on and a few more that could present itself to them. A phase two of the reactors itself might not be the most practical right away but ones for smaller ships that they would be able to use and ones they might be able to bring into the field itself would be giving them a whole lot more. If she could get them to work and provide more in terms of ships themselves and increase the production then she would be able to work with her mother and give it a stronger area of use. Something they might be able to get into more equipment for all of them untils he was looking at the others themselves here. "I think we will like that."

 

[Orihime Ike]

She offered a small smile to them as they were setting things up and presenting a number of different plans. The cities here could benefit from the power generated and the remote location would allow them to hide it and obscure all of it. She was looking at more of it until she moved back. They would sign all of the things and designate an area thanks to the Aing-Tii that were here with them and have it be protected and under the ground. Ahub they could use to access the power generated and stored so it would power as many fo the places as they needed them to. "Alright then, we will be working on this and get one set up for you. We have the design and it will be large."

They spent the next several weeks designing and getting in place where the reactor could go. A place to work on more of the things until we have been working on different parts of it. With the other jedi here they could designate and control some of the areas until she moved around. "THis is all looking good don't you think." She looked at the ones there with her and here on this planet they were setting up a number of different areas itself. A place until she wanted to work on more of the places here. Making the reactor in a small cavern that it was filling up to be a superior area with shielding and reinforced walls to protect it. A section of the world where a mountain and forest could protect it from above while they were working on the HUB.

All of the work had been completed, all of it whens he could see on the screens after several weeks of working for the jedi and they had built one of the reactors on the planet. A third version of it as they now had ship based, station based and ground based but these were not ones for the faint of heart of the small scale. These were going to be massive hulking beasts of reactors that they had to work with and handle in the field. Some more information for herself presented the jedi kngiht with reports from her mother about the other ones and Sala'dine was working on more of the reactors. Someone had even taken their work, made their own things and then whatever. Either way Orihime for now was done with this part of the project.
