Transporting large volumes of battle droids into combat situations and war torn environments gets to be a hassle. The droids get shot at, trip over things, get snagged on obstacles, fall down holes, trigger landmines... By the time they get where they're going, most of them are either dead or damaged. It's awful, it's humiliating, but more importantly, it's expensive.
Enter the HADC-01, the very first in Sienar's newest line of automated armored droid carriers. The HADC is designed to get your force of battle droids exactly where they need to go (via land) all while potentially minimizing casualties. The HADC is constructed out of reinforced durasteel, giving it a heightened edge against small and moderate arms fire and resistance to most anti-vehicular rockets. It is not intended to engage enemy targets, merely transport as many droids as possible into a combat zone, provide rudimentary fire support, and then promptly abscond. It is also very slow, as it was not designed to transport droids quickly, but safely.
The HADC possesses a single rotary cannon located on it's front, giving it the capacity to clear a path for itself. That, however, is the extent of its armaments. Any attacks that come from the sides or the rear will probably work out very well for the attackers, given that the cannon cannot rotate very far to deal with such threats. This cannon is primarily aimed towards dealing with infantry and moderate armor, but not much else.
