Harre Stormsong is a Vanaraukar Commissioned Officer of the Commonwealth of Zorn's military, the Zorn Defence Force. Born in 874 ABY, Harre was the secondborn child of the wealthy business magnate Hadegar Stormsong and his wife, Anneke Stormsong. At the time of Harre's birth, his homeworld of Zorn was governed by the Grutter Norr Ryk as a vassal state of the New Imperial Order. Harre was taken into the state's custody, as is the legal tradition to be trained as a warrior. Given the period he entered into his schooling, he was raised to be a Paladin of the Ryk and Imperial Order's ideals. It cultivated in Harre a strong sense of self-discipline, the capability to be self-critical, a strong sense of justice, and a keen willingness to do what he considered "Right," even at the risk of harsh punishment.
In 892 ABY, Harre graduated from his primary and secondary education, where he was reunited with his parents, Anneke Stormsong and Hadegar Stormsong, at Steelmark Keep, where Harre took up residence. At Steelmark, Harre met his older sister Marieke Stormsong. Harre and Marieke grew close over their shared interest in foreign literature and language. Harre and Marieke would practice speaking Galactic Basic Standard away from the stern, disapproving gaze of Hadegar, who was suspicious of the ideas in this foreign literature. It prompted Hadegar to learn to read Aurebesh, High Galactic, and speak Galactic Basic, which is unknown to Harre or Marieke. At this point in his life, Harre was a conscript in the Army, interested in studying Law and pursuing a career as a diplomat with the New Imperial Order once his term of service was completed.
Returning home to Steelmark keep after his basic and occupational military training in 893 ABY, Harre found he and Marieke had been joined by a new brother junior to the both of them named 'Rein'. Rein was more like their stolid and stoic father than Harre and Marieke, who were publicly acknowledged to be more akin to Anneke in outward temperament. While all three children shared their Fathers' aptitude, Marieke, out of all three adult children, demonstrated the keenest interest in machines, architecture and engineering. Before Harre could encourage his eldest sister to take up the craft, the New Imperial Order collapsed. Zorn was plunged into Chaos, cut off from agricultural imports to feed their burgeoning population. There was significant unrest; in 896 ABY, during a counter-government protest, Anneke was performing her duties as a Security Officer when she was struck in the head by a thrown projectile.
The person responsible was shot and killed by a Security Force officer, though Anneke succumbed to her injuries. The Ryk's government collapsed shortly thereafter, with a provisional government appointed. Harre watched Hadegar spiral into a steep depression characterised by an aloof distance and choleric temper aggravated by the stress of her loss. Hadegar was endowed with a hereditary peer title, augmenting his considerable wealth. However, Harre saw it as bringing Hadegar no joy. Harre and Rein saw Marieke and Hadegar have a conversation where Hadegar demanded Marieke use her education to contribute to the family business; Marieke refused angrily and exclaimed she would join the refounded 'Anaraukar' in honour of Anneke when Hadegar derided the life of a soldier, Harre and Rein were shocked. Still, Marieke outspoken criticised Hadegar as a "Sullen wretch" " which infuriated Hadegar; Harre saw Hadegar deliver a savage backhand across Marieke's cheek, sending her hurtling backwards where Harre saw Marieke smash her head against the corner of a brick wall. Harre saw Hadegar turn his back on his three children and walk away while Harre and Rein tended to Marieke.
Harre and Marieke left their family holdfast that evening. They carved out their own life together, deciding to join the Zorn Defence Force. At the same time, Hadegar, in silence, acknowledged he had ruined his relationship with his two eldest children and had nobody to blame but himself.

(strengths)
Diplomatic Scholar: Harre is a thinker and a warrior; he likes to understand foreign concepts and ideas before soundly rejecting them as opposed to shrieking hysterically at the unknown. He is literate in High Galactic and Aurebesh and can speak the Galactic Basic Standard. He is familiar with the foreign history and the customs of the major alien Human and Near-Human ethnic groups because Harre enjoys reading and exploring new ideas.
RISKS
(weaknesses)
Feeble Boundaries: Harre is a man committed to serving his country at the expense of himself. He's so fixated on pleasing his state and family that he will repress his own wants and needs in favour of others. In this sense, he is vulnerable to the same character flaw as his Father, Hadegar. Harre will repress slights and misgivings until he explodes.
