As a matter of fact, I have. Specifically in regards to the Techno Union's forums. I have come to seek your approval.

Contained within that folder is the total sum of what I have typed up for the Techno Union. These threads will either directly or indirectly replace those shown in the above image. There is also one that shows how the Techno Union forums will be re-structured into a more streamlined design.

I have deliberately left out the Obsidian Order and the Spynet from the documents above, aside from some mentions in the "about" document. This is because Asher has already done a good job of keeping the Obsidian Order nicely organized and Raziel will know more about how the Spynet operates than I do.

Further proposals:

• Update Techno Union front page to include new logo and sub-banner.
• Pin all dominion topics to keep them visible and easily located.
• Archive all threads in research and development from prior to April 18th.

Recommended course of action:

• Make me an admin for the next twenty minutes and it'll be done before you can say "is Adekos just doing this so he can be an admin?"
• Then make me a moderator again and I can finally sleep at night knowing our forums are streamlined.

So, regarding the background. We need a banner 1920 wide and 170 high I think.

Don't put the logo on the background. I can place it as an overlay and ensure its placed consistently

Or put it on the extreme left of the background image

I think you mean the top-most banner. Like I told Andrew on Skype, I wasn't going to mess around with that, because it's already pretty nice and I don't think I could generate anything better. What I was referring to was this image:

I'd take it out or darken it a bit. The current white logo I jammed in for the icon is just a quick-fix so it would actually show up. I plan on darkening it to grey or something later today.
