Having Fun Juggling Your Schedule?

A play is only as good as it's performers, just as a team is only as good as it's players and a chain is only as strong as it's links. Each of those things needs teamwork to get stronger and grow...Or at least that's what Zip believed. He sat backstage smoothing out the wrinkles in his dress pants

tom-holland-uk-premiere-in-the-heart-of-the-sea-03.jpg

He would smile as he ran through a few of his lines, practicing to talk a bit slower. The hype was just too real, they were getting ready for the next and final scene of the play. This was the part where Zip had to charm the girl...It was completely ad-lib, and it was up to him to actually wow her. The play was basically about a boy who had to get a girl to fall in love with him by the end of the night or he'd be forced to go to school in his underwear for the rest of the year. And the main character was not ready to let that happen.

The stage was just about ready, the setting, last dance for prom. There were tables neatly set on the stage, a fake DJ booth, speakers and a small dance floor. A few lights were pointed towards the stage from it's edge, each lights were coloured to act as the strobe, to give the play a more real feeling. Zip walked towards the center table and took his position, a few seconds later, another drama club member sat next to him. Slowly the actors and actresses got into place. The red curtains lifted and the lights in the audience faded along with whispers. A soft beat slowly filled the auditorium. He looked over to his date.

Zip made a facial expression of obvious fear. "UmAlexis Care ToDanceWithMe?" Zip would say softly as he stood up, he internally hit himself at his speech problem. Alexis scoffed, "Sure " She would say as she got up, the look on her face was disgusted. The duo made their way to the dance floor, slow music started to play. "Just my luck." The girl said sarcastically. Zip ignored it.

"So Alexis...WhatMadeYouSayYesToPromWithMe?" He would ask. Alexis would giggle at how quickly he spoke. "How cute you are when you talk." He would answer as she pulled closer to him. "The song would go on for a few beats before he smiled. "You're cute" he would say as brush a piece of her hair to the side. "You're cute too Xavier." She would say. Zip would lean in for a kiss, instantly he was pushed away by the girl. She instantly screamed and yelled "ewww" Zip stood there shocked. "What...." He would ask as the DJ cut the music.

"Look you're cute and all, but I have a boyfriend." She would say. Zip would fall to his knees crushed. "W-whatThenWhyDidYouComeToPromWithMe?" He would ask. Staring up at her with pleading eyes. She would smirk. "Cuz you were paying." She would answer as she walked off stage. Zip would look to the crowd. "Crap... ComingToSchiilFor the rest of the year is going to suck. EspeciallyAroundWinter." He would say, the crowd would laugh as the curtains fell. A few seconds later Zip along with the rest of the cast stood in a line. The curtains lifted and they all took a bow. The audience cheered.

...

Half an hour later he stepped out of the theatre. The streets of Nuba City were nice and warm, he would smile as he made his way towards a cafe, his duffle bag around his back. This cafe was where he was supposed to meet his best friend J'kara Jakar . He walked into the outside patio of the cafe. Finding a seat he would smile. A waitress came by he would look up at her from his seat "UmmI'llTakeAHotTea....I'm waiting for a friend." He would say, the woman tilted her head. "A Hot Tea." He said slower. She nodded before scampering off.

Juggling Grav-ball, Football, and Drama Club is tough...Soon wrestling too. He would laugh at his predicament. He was also apart of a rebel cell. He didn't mind causing trouble running small ops blowing stuff up, it was all fun to him. He tapped his watch. Jakar was supposed to meet him five minutes ago. He laughed, he was probably in tutoring. He sighed as he looked up to the bright sky.

"Now let's see..." He pulled out a datapad and pulled up a page. It gave him info on targets of interest. Warehouse raids and such
[member="Rena Bahr"]

The sky was overcast on Nuba City, setting the clouds alight with orange lights reflecting from the city below. It wasn't a scene one was often privy to, considering storms were rarely so bad on Nubia, but it helped keep most people indoors. Less people, less trouble. Rena didn't need any trouble. But she did like attracting it, then watching from a distance as authorities searched and scratched their heads. A bit of fun, and a wonderful distraction from monotony.

The fun she'd decided on that night was something she'd never quite done before. Rena brushed a hand through her black hair as she logged out of the public terminal in the suspended square. Citizens of Nubia filed out of a small theatre that ran small productions like the ones typically found in schools, though they were independent of them. Her brown eyes scanned the crowd until she found who she was looking for: a tall, slight young boy with a duffel bag slung from his shoulder. Rena smirked, twisted her data drive from the terminal, and followed after him within the crowd.

She tried not to stick out like a Tusken Raider in a Czerka colony, but that was more difficult than she imagined. In a district so rife with culture and art, someone who wasn't a soldier passing through with weapons was bad news. She afforded anyone who took too long a look at her a short glance, and they would quickly turn their eyes and heads away. Not out of fear. Rather, embarrassment. Staring was rude, but people liked to talk.

Rena had to step around a rodian blocking her path in following the boy. A metal door into a small cafe whirred and slid upwards to allow him passage within. She kept an eye on the establishment for only a moment before he reappeared on the outdoor patio, set down his duffel bag and pulled out a datapad.

Well, you're not terribly discreet, thought Rena, clicking her tongue as she watched him.

Rena slipped into the cafe with practiced ease. It was bright and lively, and an obvious hangout for young adults. She suddenly felt like a sore thumb, but tried her best to blend in again. A twi'lek waitress carelessly left a hot cup of something on the tray she'd placed on the far counter, so Rena helped herself to the mug and made her way over to the patio. He was right where she'd left him.

She circled the table until she stood across from him. He wasn't paying much attention to his surroundings, obviously too engrossed in his datapad, so she grabbed the nearest chair, dragged it over to the table, spun it around until the backrest was pressed up against the edge, and sat herself down. It was less of a statement and more of a practicality, since she had a rifle strapped to her back. But her movements finally caught his attention. He hid whatever was on the screen, late as it was, while Rena took a sip of the drink she'd swiped. She nearly choked on it.

"Ugh! Sith spit!" Rena pulled at her shirt's collar. "Who orders black coffee at a cafe? A psychopath, that's who." She placed the cup down softly, fighting the urge to slam it roughly and draw too much attention. "Hope you didn't order that. Wasn't the best I've had, by far."

She held up a hand as the boy opened his mouth. "All right, I know you're a fast talker, so before we engage in any small talk I want to say a few things first, Zerrik Zarth, also known as Zip, Z, and Fumbles. You do a lot of sports, recently have taken a liking to activities like drama, and you have a teeny side job involving guerrilla warfare. From where I stand, that's a lot for a kid to handle. Maybe a bit too much. So my point to approaching you is I want to test your limits. Also, I need some help for a job. So if you've got any slicing capabilities and have a free evening, I'd suggest taking me up on my offer for interest's sake." To give herself something to do, Rena took another sip from the coffee, though much more carefully than before. "Also, your friend's been delayed by about ten minutes, so we have more than enough time to chat. Don't rush your words."

Zip was too busy to notice anything that was happening in the café was completely ignored by the boy. Soon a woman would drag a chair across the patio right to his table. Just then a waitress would bring his Tea, he would grin brightly as he fished out a few credits and handed it to the woman. She walked away. Zip looked up at the woman who had just taken a sip of the coffee and hated it. He would giggle and attempt to speak, but the woman held her finger up.

She said that she knew he was a fast talker, she wouldn't let him speak so he sat attentively, he titled his head to act dumb as he made a bit of observations on the woman. Brown hair...Brown eyes. If she wasn't older, he'd ask her out. He would shake his head at his thoughts. The athlete would begin to listen again as she spoke about all the teen's extra activities. Then she brought up his activities as a rebel. He would bring his head back upright as his eyes narrowed. He would reach into his jacket pocket and touch his blaster. He would keep his hand in his pocket.

"FirstOfAllThatsNotMyDrink, CoffeeMessesWithYourVocals." He would say quickly. He shook his head and took a breath as he tilted his head again.

"You forgot I dabble a bit in parkour. You know theonewhereyouclimb." He would say. He then flashed a brief smileas he listened to what she had to say about testing his limits

"HowDoYouKnowSoMuchAboutMe..." He paused and took a breath. "While I'mnottoogoodatslicing, Limits are meant to be broken." He would say a bit more controlled

[member="Rena Bahr"]

Rena scoffed. She didn't much like the idea of someone who thought too highly of themselves, especially when they weren't themselves aware of their limits. "Some limits, yes," she admitted, her brow furrowing and her brown eyes narrowed behind short black hair, "but you see my predicament when I need a slicer. I wouldn't put a dancer in a swoop just to see if they would be able to race."

Rena clicked her tongue. She'd chosen him as the best candidate. Besides, he was... malleable. Her fingers tapped the rim of her coffee as she peered at him. He seemed smug, she thought. Overconfident. Could get his people into danger. Then it's a good thing he won't be in charge, Rena affirmed.

"Anyhow," said Rena, "I think your last sentence means you're interested in what I have to say. So here's the long and short of it: I have a little errand I need running. Not difficult, not very loud, and not exactly completely legal. But I feel you know a bit about that." She cleared her throat. In a moment she'd pulled out her own collapsible datapad from a pouch on her belt. Light blue images flickered across the screen as the device breathed life. "You see this ugly mug?" she asked, pointing at the profile of a kind-looking twi'lek. He was dressed ornately in long, silver robes, spattered with gold and black designs. From his lekku hung multiple baubles of gold. "This is Crus'we. In your lovely city, he governs a quadrant rife with disaster. No need to get into the nitty-gritty. Someone's put a bounty on his head, and I'm needing someone from the outside for help. Gonna need a distraction. I think you're old enough to put two-and-two together."

Rena slid the datapad shut. "You'll get a cut of the reward, too. Some credits to buy more hot tea. I might have someone else on the side come in just for support. But this is a job, plain and simple. No 'getting-to-know-yous', no more sharing drinks. Of course, this is all assuming you can find time in your busy schedule."

[member="Talath Lunelle"]

Whereas Rena attempted to blend in earlier, Talath did not. He himself stuck out, prancing about like a child who was just praised for doing the simplest of things. The blue eyed idiot noticed the datapad, and the woman, approaching the man holding the datapad. Excitement sparked in his mind when he noticed the rifle slung over her shoulder. Nearly jumping for joy, Talath's dark purple hair bounced with each hop he took.

"Did someone say sharing drinks?" He sputtered aloud, greedily taking the cup by Rena's side. Observing his surroundings didn't seem to be one of Talath's strong points, nor was the ideal of personal belongings as he sipped from the mug without remorse. "This stuff tastes terrible!" The child remarked innocently as he placed it back where he had found it. He leaned against the counter, his legs raising in the air. "What's a schedule?" Loud, obnoxious giggling filled the space between the three of them as the black haired fool winked idiotically.

The thought that he might be annoying them didn't seem to cross his mind. Nor did the fact that Rena had approached him for the same job the previous day, only that he was to come to this location discreetly, and alone. He probably didn't succeed in being discreet, but he did indeed come alone. That was always a constant in Talath's life, to say the least.

For what seemed to be the first time, he really looked over to the man standing before him. He might have been a little young in years, but he was much older when compared to Talath's personality. His eyes glanced over Zip's face, and the giggly buffoon smiled. "You're really handsome."

In turn, his eyes flickered to Rena. His face lightened in surprise. "No way! You too!" The giggling commenced again, and he poked both of their faces. "You must be related. Good looking people always are. Somehow." A frown found its way across the otherwise childish face of Talath. "At least, I think so." The smile returned, and he leaned over the table to awkwardly hug both of them. "That's okay though. We can be a huge team of... people." He sort of coughed the last word out, but it didn't seem to damper his happy demeanor.

Zip didn't really get what she was saying about the dancer and racing and all that, he frowned. The young rebel wasn't very good with computers, he preferred reading from hard copy plays.

She brought the conversation back to business. Zip loved that. The teen picked up his tea and sipped it. He would bring the cup back down to the table as he continued to listen to the woman talk. "Interesting." Was all he would say. Soon the woman would bring out her own datapad then brought up a profile of a man, a Twi'lek to be exact, he was dressed very nicely. The woman made a sarcastic comment about the man being ugly. She then launched into an explanation of who he was. The man had a bounty on his head to put it short. She needed a distraction, Zip smiled, he was used to being a distraction, she had asked him to put two and two together and he laughed.

"IMayTalkFastButImNotDumb." He would say as he began to play with his own fingers. She then spoke about the reward...It involved sharing no more drinks. He would sigh. "I do like Tea..." He would say dropping his quick speech for a second.

"I'd normallyDoItForFree, ButIDoNeedNewGear." He would say as he thought back to him getting sacked hard in football causing his pads to snap. The teen would not his head. "MyBusyScheduleCanAlwaysBeShifted." The Hyperactive boy would say as he tapped his glass.

Soon a boy would enter, his purple hair bouncing with each step he took. He would say something about sharing drinks as he took the cup of black coffee and sipped it. Sipped watched as a look of disgust plastered over his face. Zip couldn't help but laugh, black coffee was one of the worst things ever. The teen boy who had shifted to sit atop a counter called Zip handsome. Zip would flash a smile as he looked him up and down.

"Thanks...You aren't too bad a looker yourself, I'm Zip." He said, Zip liked his purple hair, his childish attitude made Zip like him even more. He pushed his feelings aside. Suddenly the teen stafter to poke their faces and say how good looking people are related somehow. Zip would only smile, laughing at the boy's playfulness. The teen then would reach around the table and hug both Zip and the woman saying that they were one big team of people.

Zip tapped the teen's back. As he looked at the woman. "WasHeTheExtraHelp?" He'd laugh, letting out a dry cough. He put his datapad away and ran his hands through his hair.

"ArentYouABallOfEnthusiasm." He would comment to the teen.

The quarterback sighed as he looked around. "This bounty...Alive or dead?" His voice was hushed as a serious tone fell over the area.

If they weren't in public, Rena might have strangled Talath for poking her and then hugging her. Her previous training had... encouraged those emotions. But she held back, instead focusing every last fiber of them into her next words: "Talath," said Rena, an edge to her voice, "sit."

She didn't quite wait to see what he'd do, and instead returned her attention to Zip while gesturing to Talath. "Yes, he's the extra help. Part of distractions, as you can imagine." I'm a cradle-robber, she thought snidely, realizing she was a decade older than both. Well, if they want to be part of this, that's their choice. I'm not twisting their arm. "As for the bounties, we get paid either way. If your interested, meet us in the sqaure with his predecessor's statue. Unless you've been paying attention in history, that should give you a moment's research. Bit of a test, if you will."

Rena drank the last of the coffee, holding it outside of Talath's reach, and grimaced. "I still hate this crap. Enjoy your tea. It appears to be coming now."

She gestured for Talath to follow (and added a sweep of her hand to indicate he should be quiet), then led him out the door.

"Thanks." Talath began giggling again. "Zip is a funny name." The smile left Talath's face for a fraction of a second as he heard Rena's first words directed towards him. "Okay!" His childish tone was dripping with enthusiasm as he slithered out of his own hug and squirmed into a seat next to Rena. The boy had a hard time following their conversation. From what he could piece together, there was a Twi'lek guy who looked really cool and they had to help him with house decorations! This made Talath bounce for joy. "I love house decorations!"

The importance of the situation didn't seem to register in Talath's mind, and he didn't seem to hear anything else regarding the target. As if these words made a difference, his face pouted for a moment.

"Dead?!" He shrieked in terror. "I don't want to kill anyone!" Leaning in towards Rena, he desperately grasped at the collar to her leather jacket. "You can't hurt anyone," his whispering voice still held a shred of panic to them. "That's not nice. Don't be a bad person." Believing he had made his point, Talath smiled goofily. Not bothering to sit back where he was, he snuggled up against Rena. "You're surprisingly comfortable." The goof mumbled quietly, his words beginning to slur together due to his mental exhaustion setting in. This made no sense, but he was a kid. Kids were known to be unreasonably weird. "If you kill people, you baad. Don't be bad." His slurring words turned into incoherent ramblings.

He snapped out of it rather quickly, and begun speaking once more. "After all, aren't we supposed to help this guy?" He looked up to Rena with big, blue, pleading eyes. "Riiight?" Despite being hushed, Talath managed to cling to Rena without much effort as she indeed led him out the door.

[member="Rena Bahr"]

[member="Zip"]

Zip would smirk at the woman's tone to the boy, treating him as if he were a dog. The fast talking teen shifted his position and leaned forward. Galaxy would thank Zip as he commented on his strange name.

"MyFriendsCallMeZipIDontGetIt, IsItCuzIZipFromClassToClass...OrCuzITalkFast?" He would rush out his sentence.

She said it didn't matter if the target was dead or alive. A small breath of relief was given as Zip hated to end another's life, though being a rebel more often than not he was challenged with some hard decisions. The purple haired teen on the other hand disagreed and showed it strongly. He got super close to the woman and pleaded with her not to kill anyone, but his mood shifted when he realised how comfortable she was, his mood swings from begging to playful, to childish. That made Zip laugh, Talath was certainly a strange boy.

"He's right you know... Killing him would be bad, I'd rather have him be sent off to your employer then have his blood on my hands." He'd say dropping his fast talking habit. The death of a leader like that, good or bad, would have possibly dangerous results.

The teen sipped his tea before putting the glass aside. As he did, the woman spoke about how she hoped he had studied up on history because there would be a test. Zerrik frowned and began to rub the back of his head. He hated history, which was surprising due to his interest in plays and such.

"IDidn'tStudyForAnyTest!" He would joke. He then rubbed his shoulder. She would then finish off the coffee and lead [member="Talath Lunelle"] out the door saying how if he was interested meet at the square, near the man's predecessor's statue.

Zp would wait rise from his seat and follow, his duffle bag sat snugly on his back. He wasn't about to be the one to play catch up. The teen followed closely behind the two.

"MyDesicionWasMadeWithinThrirtySecondsOfYouTalkingToMe..." He would say as he adjusted the strap to his bag. The teen was still under the partial impression that this was to help the Rebellion. He would smile as he smiled to the people they were passing.

[member="Rena Bahr"]

Some time later, Rena waited near the aforementioned statue for Zip, knowing it would take him some time to do his research. She watched Talath prance about like a child on their first field trip. She'd made sure to buy a mask from a vendor in case things got hairy.

Rena discreetly checked her datapad once more and went over the plan in her head. Their window was small, but not impossible. The location was wide, spacious, and moderately guarded. There was no point in buying any hirelings off with average security.

She snapped her datapad closed, waited, and watched.

[member="Zip"]

[member="Talath Lunelle"]

Talath was taking in everything he could. The sites a city could provide never bored him. He was a giggly sort, that much was abundantly clear. It was as if every moment that passed, Talath found a new thing to occupy himself with. Whether it be a building or a passing vehicle.

The moment Rena snapped her datapad shut, the kid waddled over and tugged on her sleeve. "Hey. Where is the guy we're supposed to help?" His lack of knowledge of the reason they were there was baffling, to say the least. Despite his near mature age, the buffoon acted as if he had just turned six. The reason was unclear. There was always the possibility he wanted to act that way, but his idiocy was too irritating to be fake.

Having lost interest in Rena's response before she even opened her mouth, Talath looked around for Zip. Zip was nice. Talath thought maybe that's because he smelled nice. People who smell nice are always nice people. The entrancing blue eyes of his snapped towards the sky as his mouth fell open. "No way!" He began hopping up and down in the same fashion he did earlier in the cafe. "It's so pretty!" He exclaimed aloud. this too, he lost interest in as quickly as he had gained it. His hands ran down his tunic, making absolutely sure there weren't any wrinkles in it.

The slender arms Talath called his own wrapped around Rena into a childlike hug. "I'm bored. And tired." The only way this could have gotten cuter would be if he looked up at her. However, he was a full head taller than her, so he just stood there. In his awkward embrace. "when are we going to help the what's-his-face?"

[member="Rena Bahr"]

[member="Zip"]

Zip would make his way to his house, he would open the door to the apartment and enter, his mother was in the kitchen busy baking blueberry pies for her book club, and his father was still off at work. The teen walked past his mom and towards his room. He dropped his bag on his bed, and opened his closet, inside he would find the outfit he used when he helped his rebel group. He would put it on and walk back out. His mom looked at him, he ignored her as he walked out of the apartment. He would then make his way to the rendezvous area.

Zip would smile as [member="Rena Bahr"] and [member="Talath Lunelle"] came into view. He watched as the purple haired teen complained to Rena, he obviously didn't grasp the situation or understand that the man wasn't going to get helped. The athlete would make his way over to the duo.

"GladToSeeYouTwoHaventLeft." He would say as he looked between the two.

"What'sThePlanRena?" He would ask as he ran his hands through his hair.

Rena looked the two boys up and down before answering. One, clearly reminiscent of the Jedi of old, back hundreds of years when they were a force to be reckoned with. The other wearing his damn uniform in public like some badge of honour. Didn't he understand the secrecy of a rebellion?

Whatever, thought Rena as her mouth tipped downward into a subtle frown. If anything, this just helps more. Take it as a good sign.

"Plan's simple," she started, wasting no time on pleasantries. "Like I said, you two are a distraction."

Rena pointed to a skyscraper across from the statue they stood beneath. It was about seventy stories tall, gilded and well-maintained. The numerous windows offered glimpses of the brightly-lit bustle. Many species in expensive clothes came and went without a care in the world.

"That's the building our target's in. Crus'we is attending a business meeting in this hotel. Thirty-second floor, restaurant level. He's protected by his personal bodyguards as well as the hotel security. But you see all the traffic, yes?" She at least paused for them to look. "Ones the hotel's hired are spread thin like blood in the water. Should be no trouble keeping out of sight. While you two locate Crus'we, I'll be on a building nearby. You two will capture him alive. If things go south, I'll make sure he's at least witnessed dying." Rena stopped, then turned to Talath. "We're not helping him. We're helping the people who want him gone. They're more important."

She cleared her throat. "And I should add that you two should be careful. There are cameras streaming straight to the holonet all over that place. Celebrity news and all that stuff." She pointed at Zip. "No heroics, no straying from the path. We do this my way or you're not touching a credit. And you..." Rena narrowed her eyes. "Focus. Use your damn Force to centre yourself and keep a cool head. They won't let you in if you keep acting the fool. If you slip up..." She smashed her fist hard into her open palm, then raised her eyebrows from behind her bangs to speak her unspoken words—Got it?

"Zip, you have a blaster? Tal?"

[member="Zip"]

[member="Talath Lunelle"]

Talath remained mostly quiet as [member="Rena Bahr"] explained the situation to the two "distractions", as she put it. When she mentioned people wanted Crus'we gone, his heart sunk. Of course, they were there to hurt someone. That was the way of the world. The way he was taught. Talath started rubbing his temples when she finished briefing them. "I have... something." He grumbled quietly to himself. All he had was the training saber they gave him, but even then, he wasn't very proficient with it. Perhaps he could use other means...

"A cool head is one thing. Training and mindset are another." His hand waved her off before she responded. "But yeah. I got it. Keep a low profile." The kid paused for a second to look himself over. "I can do small parlor tricks. That's pretty much the extent of... well, everything." His voice dropped from a childish tone to a more controlled, silver tongue. The bright blue eyes hugged the hotel, and skimmed over it until they became glued on the thirty-second floor. The fact that it was a hotel would have been a problem enough, but this seemed to be a target of high interest. The young man seemed to be able to see more than he let on.

"Too many for comfort..." His voice grew to a subtle whisper as he glanced over towards @Zip. "How well do you act?"

He fixed his shirt collar as he waited for [member="Rena Bahr"]'s response. And it soon came. She reconfirmed that he and Talath would be distractions, then she went into further detail saying how there was a meeting on the restaurant level of the building, the security was supposedly spread thin. Zip nodded as she reconfirmed that the target was meant to be captured. Then she explained to the purple haired teen that the man needed to be hurt. Rena went into a rant about how there were cameras around the buildings, she warned them to be careful and explained that there should be no heroics.

He watched as she scolded [member="Talath Lunelle"] to focus and not mess up. Talath seemed caught off guard by the mention of the man getting hurt and he began to rub his temples. He spoke of his abilities saying how he could do small tricks. The childish teen then asked Zip how well his acting was.

Zip had a large grin on his face. "I'm one of the best actor you'd ever meet" he would say slowly as he flashed nod to Rena.

"IDoHaveABlaster,ButIAmCertainThisWillGoBySmoothly." He'd say as he laughed.

"Rena, you said that you'd be in the next building over...Doing what?", The teen would ask as began to unbutton his collared shirt to reveal his black shirt. He'd then set the shirt down near the statue and rolled his arms."I dunno why I bring a shirt if I'm not gonna wear it." He'd mutter to himself as he fixed his black shirt.

"Let's see. I figured we could pose as restaurant staff...Or a maintenance crew...Any ideas."

"Tal will need to change. You're fine as you are." She waved a hand nonchalantly. "I've prepared a uniform for him as part of maintenance. You two will need to keep close to the windows so I can see what's going on and provide support. This is also the route you want to take Crus'we on, especially if things get hairy."

She turned to Zip. "As for your question, in case you haven't already figured it out, I'm on the opposite building to keep an eye on you two and make sure this gets done. I don't have a sniper rifle for decoration, you know. Also, I'm recognizable. Best if I take a step back from this one."

Rena reached into the pouch on her belt at her waist and fished out two small comlinks. "Here," she said, offering them to the boys, "we'll keep in touch with these. Just don't make it look like you're talking to yourself, and don't switch it from the channel it's on. I'll call if it's radio-silence time, but I'll also be asking for your point of view when I can't see you. I've acquired blueprints for this place, so it shouldn't be hard to keep track of you. But I don't take stupid chances."

[member="Zip"]

[member="Talath Lunelle"]

"From a perspective, all chances are stupid," he paused for a slight moment to take the comlink. "Maintenance will help us get in, but not talk to the Twi'lek. What should we do when we get near him? Bark three times, and hope he follows?" Talath began looking the hotel over once more. He didn't like the idea of walking around in there. The entire plan seemed rather basic and left him heavily relying on [member="Rena Bahr"] . He didn't like it one bit. At least he wouldn't be going in blind. Pulling on his tunic from his neck, he was almost in deep thought. Almost.

"Where is this uniform? I have a feeling the sooner I put it on, the better. If people are entering, I'm sure they'll remember the face of the idiot that stood in front of the fine establishment they're wasting their lives away in, dressed as... well, an idiot." Nor humor passed his lips as his eyes passed to Rena. "And if things get hairy, try not to mistake one of us for Crus'we."

His gaze lingered for a moment before he tapped [member="Zip"] on the shoulder. "When I'm dressed properly, you'll lead the way. I assume you've been through things like this before, with your affiliation and all."

Rena agreed, and finally offered a genuine smile. There it was, the intelligence she could feel beyond Talath's front of childishness. "Correct. Maintenance will get you in, but no one like him would just up and leave his meeting with two random people, especially if he hasn't met them before. I had someone else in earlier setting the rest up. Get to the thirty-second floor and wait by the maintenance elevator. When Crus'we gets close, get him inside. It's rigged to fall during that time to the twenty-fourth floor. That one's abandoned for renovations, which you can see there." She pointed upwards towards a crane sticking inside the building. The windows there had long since been removed.

She felt eyes on her. Some soldiers passed by, talking on their comms with a commanding officer. She made certain she was looking the other direction when they glanced around. "There isn't much time left. I'm your eyes, you're my hands. If you have any other questions, now would be the time to ask."

Zip smiled as she started to speak of how they had to keep close to the windows so she could keep an eye on them. The reason she couldn't do the job herself was because the man would notice her. She handed [member="Talath Lunelle"] a comm link, then handed Zip one. She explained that they should keep radio silence, not change its channel, and not look like your talking to yourself. He would laugh as he put it away. She then went on to say that there would be nothing stupid happening. He nodded and remained quiet. Talath chimed in saying that all chances are stupid, which was partially true. Talath then went on to ask what the two would do once they found the man.

"Maybe a treat will help a few 'c'mere boy's ' and he'll come." Zip joked as he crouched down to fix his shoe. As he tied his shoe, he'd think about how quickly the teen's demeanour changed from being childish to being focused, a part of Zip wanted to think that Talath would go back to being a fool, but he dropped the thought as he rose.

Talath asked Zip to take the lead saying that Zip probably had more experience due to being a rebel. He nodded. "A Few times actually..." He trailed off rubbing his neck...Those times didn't go so well, it often ended with Zip being tossed off or into something. He would turn his attention to [member="Rena Bahr"]

"Thirty Second floor, matinence elevator, grab Crus'we then head to the 24 floor...Should be clear for renovations...Got it." He nodded, a question popped in his mind. "Are we just gonna walk in through the front? I mean I'm one for acting, but is there a better way in?"
