(BFG Division by Mick Gordon Plays)
Darth Xiphos crashed into swarms of enemies with her son, Hadrian.
The Golden Skeleton had sustained some damage so far as had Laertia, whose armor had taken a few significant gashes that there wasn't much time to repair.
Xiphos's injuries were countered by an ancient technique that an incarnation of Syd she had met in a magical flow walk had helped her learn.
(Cutaway of J. Jonah Jameson laughing uncontrollably)
The technique in question was Force-in-Balance. It was taught to ancient Jedi, allowing them to heal their own wounds by inflicting injury on opponents. More of a nuetral than Light aligned power. It was rarely taught to modern Jedi, for obvious reasons...
Xiphos slashed brutally into her opposition, her son, the Prototype to all Model 1's backing her up with the deadly weapons on his chassis. He had siezed a second lightsaber and was growing to like it the more he used it, though he was nowhere near Mother's proficiency with the weapon.
The pair had pushed deeper and deeper into the facility, a body trail behind them that was to take even hardened heartless Maw warriors aback at the sheer savagery of the two. Xiphos knew she had reached part of the engineering section dealing with shields.
Opposition here, however, was very strong, stronger than it had been before. Heavy gunners had taken positions at key points leading to shield generators for the Mercy Station, and they were trying to pin them down, the fire so heavy they were both forced behind cover. Xiphos teleported a grenade from a fallen Maw warrior to one of the emplacements, arming it with her mind.
The blast ripped through the whole section, killing multiple station defenders, and Xiphos got on a salvaged E-web, using it to gun down several approaching Maw Knyghts.
One screaming Maw warrior fired a blue sphere of energy at her.
Xiphos's stomach lurched as she slowed down drastically, her body feeling heavy as she was bathed in a blue tinge, the effects of a sudden gravity swell on her body slowing her down.
Two heavy blasts knocked her backward, shattering pieces of her armor off her lower torso, blasting her backward and injuring her. She struggled to move, but the gravity swell's effects were not going away, forcing Hadrian to take another few shots at the one firing at Xiphos, bent on killing the ones who dared shoot at her.
Xiphos pulled herself up, struggling to breathe, vision blurry, fighting through cracked ribs the Armor was slowly fixing, but it would take time.
More defenders poured in, fighting like demons trying to push them both back as Hadrian pressed forward, taking joy in protecting his Mother.
He grabbed an automatic shotgun off a corpse and began pumping shells into a blaster emplacement firing on him while Xiphos let her ribs and lacerations finish sealing.
Hadrian was smashed backward by an RPG, which destroyed or heavily damaged his left arm's weapon systems. But he kept firing with his still working arm. Xiphos had recovered enough to try something novel.

Xiphos's helmet parted, revealing the pale beauty beneath. She let the power build, having had it honed by Syd.
The Blue Flames exited her mouth, rushing down the service routes to the generator. The soldiers shooting at the damaged Hadrian screamed as the blue flames reached them, sucking away all warmth from their bodies, the flames rushed through everything, only desperate last second efforts by the Sith that had joined the Sith keeping the deadly flames at Bay, though the air chilled noticeably and became bitingly sharp.
The Sith strode through the flames.
"The Insane Jedi graces Mercy Station." one of the Sith said, activating his Lightsaber. "You have fought your last battle!"
"I'm not crazy..." The Black Knight said quietly. "No. I'm.
Not."
The Sith attacked them both. One Force Gripped Hadrian, attempting to crush his chassis, only for him to fire his last shell in his shot gun and force the Sith to drop him. Hadrian used the Multispectral Emitter in his chest to bathe his opponent in deadly, scattered energy rays that cooked his flesh, making him scream in horrible agony as he died. Hadrian was smacked by a heavy piece of debris and slammed into a wall, Leaving Xiphos to contend with the remaining four.
Two tried to flank her while the other two attempted to attack her front, and they battled amidst the flames.
Their strikes were close, fast and vicious, and due to the type of Weapon Xiphos had, she was forced to employ her Form One in a very particular way, using it more like a Katana. The red blades flashed at her and she was forced to spin the ash gray blade in an intercepting pattern, mind working out the travel arcs of their blade, striking at just the right time to interfere with Momentum, the rage of the Sith growing more extreme, using it to fuel their bodies and impart great strength and speed, which Xiphos's armor could barely keep up forcing her to use her telekinesis to dampen their movements, causing two of them to slow when they proved unable to overcome her dampening field but two were strong enough to still fight at full speed which still forced Xiphos on the defensive, now employing surprise Form Two maneuvers to almost dance between the thrust and stabs as she beheaded one with a twirl.
One snarled, trying to Force choke her, but her armor resisted the attempt, and she barely felt her wind pipe tighten as she let loose a dark blue rope of lightning like energy.
It was an extraordinarily powerful variant of Electric Judgement. So powerful she had to struggle to keep it on target, and it missed them entirely, but it bought her breathing room, enough to party the stabs of the two slowed opponents, managing to behead another. Two left.
A barrage of lightning erupted from both of them.
Xiphos twisted the Light in her, a manifested a sphere of fiery green light, the inverse of Force Light.
Instead of damaging, suppressing The Darkness, it drew it into itself, becoming larger, before it rushed at one, still swelling. It was the same power that had caught Rurik Fel by surprise at Serenno.
The ball of light, containing the captured dark power rushed to return it to the closest caster where it exploded against him, flooding his body with the dark power all at once.
Unlike Fel, he didn't have the strength to survive it, and hilariously Instagibbed into chunky salsa.
Xiphos looked at the remaining Sith who came at her with a deadly flurry of Ataru strikes, and Xiphos was caught by surprise when he managed to leave a wide graze on her torso armor due to his sheer speed.
Xiphos brought her blade down on him again and again vertically, trying to disarm and kill him.
But due to the way her blade was made, the synth blade caused it to short out and Xiphos was nearly fatally beheaded, barely catching his wrist, but not enough to stop it from leaving a gash in her helmet. She slammed him into a wall. Then the floor. Then the wall, before a punch from her collapsed his face inward.
Xiphos picked up his blade. Her Vorpal Saber had shorted out, and she didn't have time to fix it. An enemy weapon would do.
She forced her will on the synth, filling it with a twisted light that turned the blade a strange color, a shining core of bronze with a white aura.
"Son?" She called out to Hadrian.
"Right here, Mom..." The Golden Skeleton said, rising up.
"Are you alright, my dear Boy?'" She said, teleporting to him.
"I'll live." Hadrian said, his supply of Nanites making speedy progress with his repairs. Xiphos led the way into the first generator area.
"I'll be sure to run a systems check once we escape." She assured him. "You've fought bravely."
Xiphos looked at the Shield Generators here.
Cold flames erupted from her mouth, willing them to spread, snap freezing delicate systems. The whole area was ablaze from the catwalk they stood on.
Hadrian picked up and intact E-Web gun.
"Should I say something cool?"
"As long as it's cold related."
Hadrian thought a moment.
"Let's kick some
Ice..." He trailed, opening fire on frozen generators and starting to shatter them apart, setting off station wide alarms as a part of the Mercy Station's shields failed in a relatively small section that was being fired on.
Joker squadron managed to fall into the gap at last before it closed, and began zipping through swarms of turbolasers, blasting them apart, as they all struggled to reach the closest Tributary laser.
Xiphos told her son to start pushing deeper and they did, firing more and more on delicate equipment, freezing it solid than shattering it...
