Hello! Back after five years.

Hello everyone.

After five long years away from the RPing world, I couldn't ignore my creative itch any longer. Star Wars has always been my favorite universe to play in, and its siren call was simply too strong.

Because I've never RPed in a forum before, I would greatly appreciate any and all tips or suggestions.

Specifically, I'm curious if there is any sort of protocol or etiquette I should follow when starting a new post or when joining in on someone else's. I feel like a wee lamb lost in a dark wood and am too afraid to get started until I get my bearings.

welcome and it really isn't that different then other boards. post your character, have fun... really only thing you need to do is remember to rp with [member="Lexa Imura"] because she is fun

Just don't control other people's characters, and if you're fighting, don't write the results of your attacks (I.e. let the other guy decide if he gets hit). Oh, and in multi-writer threads, try not to skip people that are directly involved, especially when fighting. Otherwise, just read over the rules, which are pretty common-sense. Welcome aboard
