Is it? I feel a quiet chat is a good way to get to know them. Then once you know them well enough to kill them, you slip something poisonous in their drink. Job done, no fuss.

No no no, you drop some(Ten or so) 'nades on the ground while leaving the establishment, and then trigger them to explode. Now that's how you do it.
